The staff really knows how to talk to people. Immediately when I walked in I was asked how my day was, then before even asking about food I asked about the bathroom very nicely the man showed me where it was at, outside mind u. Never coped an attitude and after I washed my hands, u see I ask for the bathroom to see what kind of people are working somewhere, and if I get a rude reaction I will go else where because something people need to realize is even if I was not to eat now I will be back in the future that is if I am greeted and helped even if just a free glass of water that day I will be back in the future if I received good service on a day I do this. Read moreI don’t know who taught everyone how to make the food or how they should memorize the menu, but I’ve have an issue every single time I have gone to this Del Taco. I’m allergic to dairy and I was very happy when Del Taco came out with a vegan menu. I’ve been ordering the epic beyond fresh guacamole burrito for well over a year now, and every time I try and order it they either tell me that it’s not on the menu or that they have no idea what I’m asking for. It’s on the big menu when you’re ordering your food. They have also gotten the order completely wrong multiple times, even after asking more than once what is in the burrito when they ask me to pull up to the window. I love that they have this on the menu, but at this point I’m tired of trying to explain to the employees what the item is when it’s clearly on the menu in bold letters. Read moreI went there a month ago, payed with debit. The transaction cleared instantly. I ate the food (it was meh but not worth complaining about) and threw away the receipt. 3 days later, they charged me a second time for my order. I went in and talked to a shift manager, who told me that their registers "do that sometimes" and that they can't do anything without their store manager approval, and that they don't know when the store manager would be in. This food is not worth being charged twice for. DONT GO HERE. It's not worth it.

I tried calling the customer service number the same day that I noticed the double charge. I gave them my name and phone number, and haven't been called about the issue once since it happened.
