Bought an engagement ring from here. After a week of use it had gems falling off of it. Brought it back for repair. When I got it back shortly after the same thing happened again. the second time I brought it back for repair, they repaired it properly and it held up much better. but sadly the gems fell out again, not as many as previously because the repair was much better this time. The lady at the desk would always be saying they didn't make that ring, and she's very sorry this happened. Thank you. But if you sell the jewelry, it doesn't make it any better. I didn't bring it back a third time. I didn't want to bother them any further. Make sure you buy jewelry they made, maybe it will be "Fine jewelry". Upon visiting the store, they were very professional and friendly. I had one ring being ordered and sized and the other just being sized. Was given an estimate of about a week or so for the ring to come and get them both sized. Weather hit, understandable, one ring was delayed at getting sized. I would call and ask about it and that’s when they became rude over the phone and wasn’t very polite. Fast forward, she calls and tells me my ring is ready. I said oh yes they both are ready? I dropped off a piece of jewelry around august 15th . I was not told that the shop was behind. I was told this is a simple project and should be done in less than 2 weeks . I live 45 mins away, so I called last week September 29th . Lady yells saying we supper backed up , andif you want your jewelry come get it . I understand it’s the holiday season , However this is not what I was told as a client. October 6th I go to pick my jewelry a little over 6 weeks.
