Extremely rude, close minded and poorly trained employees. We placed our order with no one else in line for 2 slices of cheese. Thought it was pretty simple. As more people showed up and our pizza came out, the man behind the desk attempted to give our pizza to the people behind us in line. He seemed very confused and like it was his first day. But there was another man there that showed no interest in helping him or the customers behind us. Eventually we got our two slices and went to pay. 4$ for a slice of pizza is insane.

But I wasn't going to complain because it's downtown and within walking distance. The male cashier seemed disinterested and just took my money and gave me a receipt. My girlfriend was behind me, and payed with her debit card. Her card has a rainbow flag on the front, and it was pretty clear the cashier didn't approve of that. Because when my girlfriend held out her hand to take her card back, it was thrown back at her face. Not even a thank you, enjoy your food, or have a nice day.

NEVER have I been treated so poorly at a restaurant. This place was also watching fox news on its public tv's, which was pretty sad. Pizza was okay. A bit greasy but nothing special.

It's very clear to me that the owner has no interest in fixing the issues talked about in these reviews. Please don't eat here. Support local business that aren't close minded asses and genuinely care about their customers and the...

Changing my review from five stars to one star. Got two calzones last week and both my fiancé and I enjoyed them. This week I got a calzone and it is awful. It is soggy, almost like the dough isn't cooked in the middle and burnt on the sides. There is supposed to be marinara on the side which there is not. We also ordered a tropical pizza. The ham and pineapple were obviously put on an already cooked cheese pizza and then warmed up. If this was not the case then I'd be very surprised. We ordered food to go and was told 30 minutes. We picked it up 30 minutes later so it should not have had time to sit and get gross. Very disappointed - we just moved downtown and I had high hopes for this...

I love Pizza! I went here before a movie and first impression it very very very dirty inside.... as I didn’t have a lot of time I thought I would try and it I regretted it, the pizza was GREASY and the dough didn’t even seem cooked. I could hardly finish my food. It’s just plain not good. And did I mention overpriced?! staff RUDE. It’s a shame. Won’t be be back, don’t waste your money or time. Wish something better and cleaner would open up in that spot. There are so many better pizza places downtown! Check out Mediterranio, Il Panificio, or Epicure all of those places are clean, friendly and worth the price! WOW THIS IS HOW THE...

Antonio and Rachel run the best Italian food joint in town. Authentic! They’re Italians from the Bronx and have perfected the NY-style pizza. Is it fast food? The food was ready in under three minutes but the quality was beyond fast food. Pizza, lasagne, specialty pastas (ravioli, Alfredo, etc) chicken parm, stuffed peppers, and more! You can turn anything into a sandwich on their fresh bread. Perfectly crisp pizzas. Antonio and Rachel know how to run a good Italian joint. And they are sweet people with good hearts. Will be going back here every time I’m in town.

We stopped here for take out after arriving late to Sarasota with limited eating options available after 9pm. We ordered a large 1/2 pepperoni and sausage pizza. The large pizza is huge.  It was one of the best pizza's I've had in a long time. We had plenty left overs for lunch the next day. We were also able to order a few beers to have with our pizza. The place was very busy and they have plenty of seating,  however we ordered it to go The staff was nice and friendly.

First time here and staff was helpful and pasta was okay. I’d lean away from the spaghetti. The sauce was a bit thin for my liking but all and all a good experience. The pizza slices I saw served were enormous and the restaurant is super convenient to the Regal theatre which makes it great for a quick bite before or after a movie. Also nice to support a locally run and operated business. Will try a sandwich or slice of pizza next visit.
