Had gone here twice for lash tint. Tint came out good. Burned my eyes both times in the chair. It went away quickly though. I went for an eyebrow tint and lamination. First of all Iām a blonde. My eyebrows were literally black. Looked ridiculous. 4 hours after I got home I saw my brows starting to falling out. I did call and the girl wanted me to come back in but I was leaving for vacation that night so couldnāt. She asked me if I was using any new products? Seriously? Unless I started using nair I donāt see how my eyebrows would fall out. Clearly over processed. The entire tail of my left brow is completely gone. The arch on my right brow is gone as well. Thank god I have my brows microbladed or it would have been very upsetting for me. I only called them once. Not sure if she notified the manager when I called but I havenāt even heard back from them. I canceled all my future appointments and the girl said no problem, is there anything else I can help you with? Yes, can you help me glue my eyebrows back on? No cause for concern especially when using chemicals on some oneās face! Never heard from a manager. I didnāt even ask for a refund. Donāt want it. If that were my business I would reach out to the clients immediately. Want to warn others so be super cautious on those services. If your brows arenāt microbladed donāt take the chance. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just wanted to share that I had a complimentary eyelash session on Sunday March 14 and less than satisfactory. I have never had lash extensions. I signed up via a web link and spoke to someone who explained that this was an eyelash extension appt for their staff to work on the technique of the process. My appt was not on time and will say that the technician was not friendly and non informative and a bit non engaged. I was very disappointed that my tech left me at one point for a return patron to follow up on her payment and follow up with her mom. I was not informed of her exiting our session or her return. That being said the marketing speech about a return appt for the comp eye lash extension would be one week and could we make the appt. I did not commit as I wanted to experience the extension which was LESS than satisfactory. I followed protocol but yet my eye extensions started to shed that evening after the1:30 appt. Day two I woke up with clumps of eye lashes on my face. Day 3 and 4 now just about gone. So my point is does Deka Lash have a marketing process that does not support their product? Got there at 11:45 the professional way appointments are suppose to go, however I wasnāt seen until 12:39 well after my appointment time. Lash appointment took approximately one hour and 30 mins or so just for every lash to FALL OFF within hours of getting them Done. If the wind blew my lashes were gone with the wind I mean literally. Im eating lunch and lashes in my soup( I cannot make this up) I paid 173.00 for these lashes to FALL COMPLETELY OFF! Fast forward to me calling in and telling the agent my lashes were falling off and being told I cannot get them fixed until 6:00 p.m when that times doesnāt work for me. Then being told Iāll have to wait until Friday when todays Wednesday with half lashes on and half off!!! I requested my money back and was told that was not an option!!!! Very unacceptable! Iām a mother of 5 and 200 dollars could have went to my kids clothing and etc but trying to do something for myself while they were at School to feel beautiful and this happens!!...
