I couldn't have asked for better customer service! The staff was very knowledgeable about their products, and made me feel comfortable with any questions I had. It didn't take long to realize the girl behind the counter took pride in helping her customers find what they NEEDED. Not just trying to push the most expensive product she thought she could pawn off on me. She told me she enjoys being able to help people learn about the products they're re buying, some of which may actually be experiencing medical issues in life, and have never even been in such a store before. It was refreshing to see a truly kind and genuine smile that wanted nothing more than to help you find the perfect fit for whatever your occasion. They have a wide selection of videos (to rent or buy), toys, lubes, costumes, gag gifts, and party supplies! They also have a location in Bradenton that seems to have a larger selection of toys for guys, and the DVD section is is more clearly organized in my opinion. At both locations I've received excellent service, and would recommend XTC...

Every time I have gone into this store, the staff (usually one young lady) has always been friendly and helpful. My girlfriends and I sometimes just go inside to see what the new and latest "toys" are. There is so much from which to choose. We ask tons of questions and always get a knowledgeable response. I/we have never had any experience where we felt uncomfortable by the staff or other customers (like I've read). Just as someone else commented, they don't try to sell you the most expensive "toy" but try to help you find...

Absolutely disgusted with the service of this establishment ❌🤬😡🤯☠️💀👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 The heavy set middle aged woman was plane NASTY, not sure exactly why???? Needless to say I Will NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE AGAIN, nor recommend them ever....truly disheartening it...
