Opita Burgers & Grill — Restaurant in Sarasota

First time going, ordered a burger on DoorDash. When I arrived to pick it up, they said they cancelled that order because they were too busy. (They were not that busy..) Then, when I asked if I could order one to-go, they said I would have to wait until they finished with 2 tables before attending to me. Not a great experience.

The place looks like fun and the food looks great but the service was not good.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The burger was absolutely terrible - tasted like I was eating a rosemary plant. This was lacking in quality ingredients. To make matters worse, the service was inattentive, and it felt like nobody cared about our experience.

We left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated, and we definitely won’t be coming back. Save your time and money and go...
