Walgreens — Local services in Satellite Beach

Worst service. I WAS a regular here, so I knew most of the workers. I have never seen that manager before though. Tried to return something, I kept saying I didn't have the receipt and my mother bought too much for party décor. Nothing was used. Nothing was opened. I don't like to throw anyone under the bus, but Joanne, is either clueless, miserable or rude. As soon as I told her I was doing a return, her demeanor got worse. I could tell she didn't want to deal with me. But she tried. And told me repeatedly to add my Rewards #, to apparently find my receipt. And I kept saying it probably is over 30 days, and it's not on my card/#. She called the manager. Who was a little better than Joanne, but not by much. She told me she had to write a report and wouldn't take long. I said okay, thank you. She finally came back after I was able to read an article from one of the magazines at the checkout. And told me nothing came up within the last 4 weeks. Again, I said it's probably been longer. She told me they won't take it back if it's over 30 days. I told her another Walgreens did, but gave me store credit. She said rudely, Well there not supposed to do that. And said bye. The only reason I went to that one is because that's where I bought that stupid stuff I seem to be stuck with now. I write this review because I'm tired of Walgreens hiring such miserable and unhelpful people. At least if she wouldn't take it back, she could have been nicer about it. I would stop at this one for convenience but I'd rather go out of my way to another one than come back here. There is a reason this Walgreens has three stars. Personally, I think...

This pharmacy needs help!! Ordered a prescription on a Thursday. Clerk said it would be available the following day. Went in on the following Sunday to pick it up. Was told by a very helpful clerk that it was not ordered and that she would order it!!! Stopped in on Monday 3/18 to see if it was ready. It was not. I started to explain to the clerk that I was concerned that the prescription was not ready and that i was out of my medication. This clerk (Older lady with long blonde/grey hair) was not even listening to me be because she just started talking over me. By now I was without my prescription for three days not including the time I will need to wait for it to be filled. Hopefully i can transfer my prescriptions to the CVS. After leaving an urgent care sick, I dropped my two prescriptions off to be filled on 8/4/2021. I called later that day, and they told me that things were really busy. I called the next day, and they said it was being processed. This is also what they told me the following two days. Finally, I had the prescription transferred to another pharmacy (not a Walgreens). FIVE months later, on 12/3/2021, the Walgreens in Satellite Beach called me to inform me that my prescriptions were ready! I laughed and mentioned it being five months ago I dropped them off.
