Bizzarro — Restaurant in Satellite Beach

I was SO disappointed ! Oh my ! So today I called roughly around 1 pm when my sister and her family came to visit so I could order a pizza ! We LOVE bizzaros pizza ! Well we couldn't get anyone on the line called three times .. so I was like that's odd so i drove up there to place a carry out, usually it's quick. I live in Central housing on Patrick AFB.... Well !!! To start the lady at the front I said hello I'd like to place an order for carry out I asked if the machine was down to push my phone number in (idk if that does anything ) but all I got was an I don't know... Then she takes my order and I'm standing there waiting and loud she is telling a guy behind the counter about how she almost fought one lady got in an argument with another one out side and how she ignore the past three phone calls and hung up on one... (Probably me I had tried calling ) then a grumpy old man came up and said is this your cheese pizza ? I said I'm sorry ? He said did you order a pizza I said yes I ordered a pepperoni with extra slices and mozzarella sticks and he said you didn't order a pizza ? You ordered slices? All grumpy at me... Then I was like no I ordered a pepperoni pizza and mozzarella sticks he hugged turned around tossed the box on the grill and was just grumin then the lady looks at it brings it to me and said she rang me up for a cheese ? I said ok ? I asked for a pepperoni with extra slices and mozzarella sticks and she said oh well this is just cheese ? I said ok ?? So what do you wanna do ? Then they said it's hard to make the pepperoni because of the extra slice cuts on the pizza ... I said well? I need a large pepperoni pizza I'm confused... Grumpy man came up grabbed the pizza and she said oh he's going to fix it two seconds later comes back with it I looked at her and was like did you just thru cold pepperonis on it ?? And she looked at me and was like eh idk all I could do at this point was laugh she opened the box and was like eh I guess and raised her shoulders I said y'all gotta be kidding me like no freaking way ! Cold pepperonis really ?? So she said hang on a sec and put it in the oven for a few minutes meanwhile my mozzarella sticks are now just sitting here waiting.... I don't even know who to complain to I not even once received even a sorry or anything ! All I could do was laugh it was SO bad ! Everyone there seemed miserable. There was one young guy that took a phone order that did genuinely looked like he felt bad but didn't wanna step on toes lol 😂 my husband had called to see what was going on and actually wanted me to just say screw the order ... And I said no I don't wanna go any where else and I love bizzaros and this is so unlike them I have never had an experience like this ever before in my life tho ! Just because it's the first time for everything doesnt down size how I was treated and the behavior of the staff that was there ! It was honestly the biggest joke I couldn't believe what was going on.... Just wanted to make it known. Just because I didn't get loud and ugly doesn't mean this was ok ! Once this post has been seen I'd be happy to remove it but it has to be delt with ... Was so...

This location has the BEST PIZZA and calzones in the area. It is authentic NY style pizza and really really good. Price is very reasonable they have other options such as stuffe shells and other entrees and deserts. Its located right near board walk beach you can walk right off the beach grab something to eat in your bathing suit then go right back out. There is indoor and outdoor seating. They serve beer fountain drinks and a couple frozen drinks too.The only down side is its not very big so if its busy it might be hard to find seating and sometimes the line is long but they move fast even if the line is to the door you should be orer pretty quickly and getting your food not long after. The way it works is you walk in there is a display of some of the food in glass on a high counter so you can see some of what you can order once you get closer to the register you an see the menu on the wall behind counter you order your food with one person then next you get to cashier who will ring up what you got and any drinks and then you get your dribks and pay but it is cash only. If you dont have cash there us an atm located where you first walk in the door. There is a tip jar near thr cashier if you would like to leave a tip. Then if your food is to go there is a door behind you to get out after you get your food. If you are eating there you go find a table and someone will bring your food out to you. If you are getting to go and getting a full pizza and not just slices or an entrée i recommend ordering ahead but not for slices they wont do it because they cook so fast. I eat hereall the time alot of locals do because it really is good. I would give it 5 stars if they had...

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, only to get a cheese pizza. Ordered another pepperoni pizza few weeks later, got another cheese pizza. Called and complained and they gave me a credot. Called to use the credit a few weeks later, for them to say they don't have a credit and if not used shortly after being issued one, they throw them out. The girl said she would honor the credit, so i order a pepperoni pizza and an order of manicotti. Got to the store, girl refused to give me my credit and said if they dont have it in store they can't honor my credit. Got home and they forgot to bag my manicotti. Call them and tell them they forgot my manicotti, they said yep it's sitting on top of the oven. I told them ill be there in 15 minutes and asked if they could make a fresh one as its been sitting there the whole time, about 40 min. Get to the store and they grab the old one off the top of the oven. Call there store this morning for a manager and I'm told the manager comes and goes, no scheduled time to come in and i could leave a message. I ask for a supervisor or shift leader and they dont have those things, just the manager who doesnt work a set schedule. No wonder this restaurant struggles so much. They have no accountability. Check your food BEFORE you leave or go to Indianlantic location because the people on evening shift are rude...
