Staples — Local services in Saugus

I have been doing B to B with this Staples over 6 years. I have always had a pleasant experience with all the staff who recognizes me if I walk in. The manager knows me if he sees me as well. Today, I had a young girl in printing disrespect my wife while we were there to pick up an order of business cards that was ordered on September 28th. She said that I needed to come back when manager was there because it was " a few months" since they were ordered and they couldn't sell them to me. When my wife corrected her by saying it wasn't a few month( one month and a few days). She became combative. She said that my wife was trying to correct her and became disrespectful. This place is so convenient for us and I really hate to not come back here again. I will pick up my business cards tomorrow and cut ties with them. Another tremendous experience at Staples in Saugus. I cannot thank their evening Store Manager, who i neglected to grab his name, for making the day Store Manager, Jim Murphy, aware of what I needed and that I'd be in first thing in the am. Our Procurement Officer needed 15 power adapters and 15 USB-C, 6 footers. Well, my bad for calling Best Buy first, because the person who took all my information and promised me a callback, would hate hearing i never got the callback. So, on to Staples, where I should have started. Jim was simply amazing and even at checkout, he checked my App to ensure I was setup for tech credits, and to check for coupons. His service was above and beyond and should seriously be the Industry Standard. Thank you so much Jim. I truly hope Store Managers get a holiday bonus, because you deserve to be recognized, especially when it's so hard these days to find Outstanding...

Just purchased an HP all in one printer this morning. The staff could not be any more helpful. The sales associate, Amanda was cordial and engaging. And just as I asked if the printer came with any ink cartridges another lady appeared and said, "Only enough for a limited number of copies" and had the necessary cartridges in her hands. Meanwhile, another was near us engage in assembling a gaming chair. I commented on how comfortable it looked and he immediately engaged me in pleasant conversation and offered to show me where they were located. Whoever hired these folks are to be commended. And management should be proud of their individual customer service skills. It was one my more pleasurable money spending...
