It's been a while since I reviewed bur I always get aggravated thinking about this scam of a hotel. I haven't been there in a while since your company tried to charge to charge me for not staying there. I had paid for a friend to stay there 2 nights. He needed an extra night so your policy had me go there and show my ID in order to charge me another night for my friend. I didn't want to go bur policy is policy I get it !... however he didn't leave .. I didn't know and obvi you didn't know but still charged my card for him not leaving on time. So I had to go into your establishment personally to show my ID in order to pay for my friend an extra night.. but when he didn't leave and your incompetent staff didn't notice you tried to make me pay for it ?? Shame on you
I just want everyone to remember to tell the front desk to RWMOVE YOUR CARDS ON FILE BEFORE LEAVING !!! I WISH SOMEONE TOLD ME SO BE WARNED.

they stole 521.44 from me for no reason I literally woke up and saw they charged a card I had...I hadn't been there ..the last time I was there I didn't even use this particular card to pay with !! ..they just randomly charged an old card on file for 521.44
so make sure they delete cards on file ...I tried to do my best to avoid these situations ..but I didn't ask to remove my card..

my ORIGINAL review is 100 percent correct people !!!! I have plenty of proof from my credit card statements and from my emails to, my many emails with your establishment, phone records of me calling a million times because your fraudulent and you stole money and let's not forget all my MANY screenshots I have as well ..I did however ended up getting my money back because your company was proven WRONG ..don't play woodsprings because you took my money but luckily I got it back SO I stick with my original review as my review is infact 10000 percent accurate A. he card you charged wasn't even the last card used on file at the hotel I stayed at B. I wasn't even in the same city as your hotel so how could I be there ??? cameras would prove that easy
now, besides these 100 percent facts, I would say that I love your hotel and it is a home away from home, and there isn't a negative thing I would have said about my many stays there but yous stealing my money, pretty much makes up my mind on the fact that I won't use my card there ever again... I WOULDN'T go there ever again

Read moreHORRIBLE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. We recently stayed at this hotel & it was the worst hotel experience we both ever had. We did not expect much based on the reviews but decided to go with this option as the location claimed to be a close drive to the downtown area however later regretting this. As soon as we got to the hotel the stench was unlike anything we have ever experienced to the point we had to plug our nose, this smell also continued into our room (it smelt like wet dirty dog and mould) however we thought we could look past this. As soon as we unpacked we wanted to uber into the city and to our surprise it said it was going to be a 30 minute drive but when booking online it stated it was a 10-15 min drive (therefore doubling in time and our uber expenses). At this point we were so annoyed so we reached out to the site we booked on (expedia) and went back and forth for about an hour until they basically told us there is nothing they can do on their end even though it was their site that had this false advertising stated. The location of the hotel is why we booked but now we found out it was completely wrong information? We were so beyond frustrated as we have been driving from Canada all day long and just wanted a simple hotel with a decently clean room. But that was also something that was not delivered. As soon as we walked into our room the smell continued, there were people and kids running up and down the hall way screaming at all hours of the day and throughout the entirety of the night, the room claimed to have a "10 step cleaning process" when in actuality could have not been true as it was disgusting and bottle caps were found under the bed and tv stand & the bathroom towels were dirty. Once again we thought we could look past this but when we went to lay on the bed the bed sheets were COMPLETELY DAMP. They were wet and remained damp all night to the point we both slept on top of the sheets fully clothed because we had no idea why the bed was completely soiled? The sheets were so wet that when we woke up in the morning our clothing was wet from laying on it all night. Before sleeping we wanted to check the bed for bedbugs since this hotel was in such rough condition and luckily no bed bugs found but when removing the sheets from the bed the mattress had huge stains on it (looked like dried blood) and several strands of black hair everywhere. Our basic needs were not met at all and we actually felt dirty and unsafe being in this hotel. I look forward to hearing back. Also there was no WIFI & a really sketchy area. Read moreWorst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed Columbus day weekend 2020. The entire building is filthy. The floors have never been cleaned, the housekeepers only have swifter brooms, not mops. The halls & elevator reek of food, smoke and marijuana. Kids up screaming all hours of the night, definitely section 8 housing. People outside all hours of the night talking and peddling cigarettes for $25 and whatever else. No front desk staff from 5pm?-9am
We had to clean our room before we could use it... the floor was so sticky we went through a package of baby wipes trying to wash the floor. There was food all over the floor, the counter and the stove as well as under the desk. Sticky glass rings on the table. There was 1 towel in the room...with dirty foot prints on it. 1 freaking towel!!! We were refused towels at the front desk because they ‘weren’t going to be done until 1:30 pm’ so we asked to have them left on our door in a bag....that didn’t happen, so we had to wait until 9 am Monday morning to take showers. Pubic hairs all over the shower. Splash all over the mirror. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and there were dozens of cigarette burns on the floor and one on the recliner. Garbage and an old key card were left in clothing cubbies so clearly they hadn’t been cleaned. There was 1 hanger in the closet. Cigarette ashes and an unidentified sticky substance on the tables and paper thin walls. Wifi process is a headache and only for 2 devices so if two of you stay and you’re working, good luck, its not free for the duration of your stay. This place was a nightmare. The only thing in the room that was clean were the bed linens. We would’ve left but by the time we settled in and realized the mess we were in they already had our $ and the front desk staff had left for the night. Of course they refused a refund. Seriously the health department should see this place. I wish I had taken more pictures. If I had come home with Covid, it would’ve been because of this petri dish.
Oh....and the road its on....freaking mess too. You have to drive 5 miles in one direction just to get off and back on and go another 5 miles...to get across the street!
