I have been coming here to eat for years and I always liked it ,and I always liked the service. This has definitely changed. I had come here to eat about an hour or two before they closed. My girlfriend and I wanted to buy a bowl and some tacos. The older blonde lady there serving was horrible at customer service. And clearly , was not up to par with making the few simple ingredients this place has to offer. Some of the only vegetables available are the peppers and onions. They had run out and I had asked her is there any more peppers and onions coming out. She seemed very confused bewildered and had stated nope that is it. There are very limited ingredients here I highly recommend cooking and restocking on the regular because there is limited options as is,especially for vegetables. We had mainly come here for the peppers and onions because we are on a limited sodium diet and it is crucial to use vegetables as filler for some of the other salty ingredients. This lady did not care that they were out of peppers and onions and was very rude and unhelpful. I stated that ,that is all you have for vegetables and you ran out. She said yeah that is it,no more cookingthose for tonight. We obviously had walked out empty handed without any food. A lot of food is overpriced now a days as it is for the cheap ingredients that are used. I don't know what happened to customer service. The only reason people have jobs is because the paying customers that come to purchase items. If this continues I'm sure they would not have jobs especially giving service like that. There was other people in line behind us also. She did not care a bit that we wanted peppers and onions. I would have waited an extra 10 or 15 minutes for them to cook some but that clearly was not an option and it was too much to ask for as a paying customer. I will be going to Quedoba for now on. The meats including chicken and steak were very dry looking and they looked like they had been sitting there for hours. The serving station was so dirty and messy and unorganized it is unusual to see this here. I would give this a half of a star if it was an option I'm very disappointed and I won't be coming back here they had lost my business permanently. It was Tuesday...
Read moreGuys i never leave reviews, but I felt compelled here.
I love chipotle, i’ve been to many across the US whenever I travel or have that Chipotle craving.
But holy cow! This location is BAD! The portions are the WORST i have seen in ANY chipotle!
Drive a few more minutes to lynnfield or medford and get DOUBLE, not to mention, this establishment specifically likes to open and close as they feel.
Numerous times you will pull up to this location and find some type of excuse on the door.
Out of guacamole, online orders only, restaurant closed; without fail…
Let’s also mention how I went tonight and ordered a chicken bowl… and what did I get?
A steak bowl with BEET RED RAW steak, missing sour cream, missing guacamole. They claimed they “ran out” of guacamole and for a refund, I had to call corporate. You’re kidding? Call corporate for a $3 refund? No thanks. Keep it. I guess that $3 paid for that tomato sticker inside of my bowl; thanks.
Guys, avoid this location, there’s so many other things to mention like the never available utensils, napkins and consistent food left over at every table due to employees not cleaning.
These employees need to be retrained, it’s not the employees fault, management is running this location to the ground. I run successful businesses, and I’d be DISGUSTED to see one of my locations in this state and have these reviews, and how they are unresponsive via actions to these reviews? Mind-boggling.
Anyway, like I said I never write reviews or ever complain because I know as a manager myself how annoying it can be, but this location (not Chipotle specifically) needs to get their...
Read moreMan, if you want anything above the bare minimum, do not go here. Our experience started off with standing behind a mobile order family standing there for what must have been 5 minutes until they said something about not being in line, meanwhile the staff was just standing there enjoying their break instead of ushering us through. After we started ordering we were greeted with silence because we obviously know what we're doing here. After I asked for what goes on every burrito - black beans - they were out, so I got a quarter scoop from the bottom with all the bean juice. After he motioned to the food prep staff that they were out he turned around to pretend to put some more on. We concluded this build-a-burrito journey with a non-Chipotle scoop for my guacamole where it was about 1/3 the regular guac. I would have said something, but I was afraid to be met with empty eyes behind the counter.
After all this, we get our drinks and sit down. I ordered a water cup, but they were out of water. My girlfriend got a small drink and after tasting it, realized it was flat. She went back for another drink, also flat. Wow, it must have been a long, long time since the fountain drinks were attended to, considering how they are pictured. And after some critiquing the food, which I don't think we're above at this point, the rice wasn't cooked through and the fajita vegetables were large and the better part of a full pepper/onion.
I recommend that if you go here, you be vocal about basic Chipotle givens, or accept that nothing will be up to standards. Steer clear from...
