Looks like there’s a lot of good reviews here, so I guess it’s only helpful if I add mine to the pile!

Visited Rack Attack a couple days ago after I somehow lost my keys to my Thule Alpine Box during the winter. I was a little stressed out as I had to sell the box to get a different model, and searching online never seemed to give me a direct answer. I walked in the store and Ben was the first person I talked to. I think out of all the stores I’ve shopped at over the course of last few months, he was the most helpful, friendly and patient guy I’ve met. After I told him my situation, he immediately got up, grabbed a bunch of keys, went to my box, and switched out the old lock with a new one - AND gave me a new key for it. The whole process took a matter of minutes - and completely free of charge. Not joking on that one. My man hooked me up! Ben is an excellent example of great customer service.

Adding to the list of praise for this location and Ben the manager, he was wicked helpful in picking out the roof box that checked all the boxes for my car and needs. I brought in the things I wasn't sure would fit, and he let me put them in the box in the store and make sure they fit before going through the hassle of putting it on my car. He also helped me install it and measure it to make sure it would fit where I needed it too while on my car. Can't recommend this location enough if you're in need of anything that they offer.

I recently visited Rack Attack looking for help fixing a lock on an old Thule roof rack, and my experience was outstanding, thanks to their employee Ben. Ben's extensive knowledge and generosity made the selection process smooth and enjoyable. He patiently answered all my questions, offered valuable insights, and even helped with the installation of what was ultimately a new and better roof box.
