My recent experience at Uniqlaser was a significant disappointment, primarily due to the subpar service provided by the attendant during my laser hair removal session. Unlike my previous I positive encounters with a different attendant, this recent visit left much to be desired.

When I was asked if I intended to purchase another package, I explained that I was awaiting the final results, considering I still had two sessions left. So when the procedure started the attendant poorly operated the laser, rushing through the treatment without the precision and care that I had previously experienced. The results probably will be far from satisfactory, and it seemed as though she was more concerned about selling additional sessions than ensuring the effectiveness of the current one.

The contrast between the exceptional service from a previous attendant and the lackluster performance during this session is striking. The dismissive attitude and hasty approach to the procedure have left me questioning the quality of service at Uniqlaser. The previous positive results I observed are starkly contrasted by this recent disappointing session.

If the standard of treatment continues in this manner, I am compelled to explore alternative establishments for my remaining sessions. I expected a consistent level of excellence, but unfortunately, this experience has fallen short. I’ve been a customer here for over a year! Absolutely love it here. I was so scared of getting any sort of treatment at first but every single person that works here assured me that it would all be okay and has walked me through the process! I’m so happy I listened because doing various treatments have really changed my life and saved me a lot of time and money in the long run. I started here with a simple Groupon and now I’m a loyal customer. It really shows that customer service makes all the difference because all of the ladies here are wonderful.
