Marshalls — Local services in Savage

This place is so annoying I come max 2 times a month and I ask for 1 thing a certain brand of conditioner, and I always get the same response "if it isn't over there we don't have any" sometimes i'll ask them to check in back. And what do you know they have it. Today I asked if they had any and the lady said "didn't I see you before... if we don't have any up there we don't have any". I was so annoyed they have the worst customer service, the lady was too lazy to get up and walk in back to look. I'm never going to this location again, I'll buy online or a different store. I can't stand people who are PAID to help customers and can't get up or ask someone else to look. I think they're just to lazy to put them out be cause they always have the same 7 items out. I'd rather go to Wal-Mart than here (I posted a review for Walmart it's a horrible store.) Crappy...

I went to this location today cause I had some returns but ended up picking up some more stuff. The cashier a older Indian woman asked me to remove the hangers from the clothes, which I would sometimes do but was never asked to . I did but was alittle taken back. Then after she proceeded my returns , she told me to enter my card. I asked her to credit the refund to my next transaction, which will be a higher amount. She told me no because it is two different transactions. She have to refund it to my debit card and then I'll have to pay again. I told her I shop alot at marshall and never had this issue. She said we dont do that anymore. I came home and googled it , she lied. This is my 1st time visiting this location and will be my last. I rather drive the miles for better...
