Out of the ten times we’ve used this location, we’ve had a good experience maybe twice. Previously we’ve received our food in dirty bowls. Tonight’s issue should never happen and we will likely no longer use this location again. We placed an order using the noodles app and was surprised at how soon it said it would be done. So we show up 13 minutes after our food was suppose to be ready. However, it was not. So we stand to the side and wait. As we are standing there we notice there is another customer waiting for food and three customers finishing up their food at one of the tables. Now the rest of the tables, dirty. Even if we would’ve changed our mind to eat there, we would’ve had no where to enjoy our meal. That wasn’t what stopped us from enjoying our meal though. A small pad Thai was still not completed for the order, while a regular Mac and cheese and side Mac and cheese were. The guy in the back thought we were pretty special to be receiving a regular pad Thai though because he messed up. Would be enjoyable if I were not on a restricted diet, but that’s my fault. So we take our order to go. After opening the regular Mac and cheese and unsuccessfully trying to mix it up, we open the side of Mac and cheese. We literally dumped the unmelted cheese off of the brick hard noodles packed in the bowl. So our assumption is our Mac and cheese was completed on time but was sitting for well over 10 minutes. To try to combat the solution, we call the store to try to talk to a manager. After calling over five times, calling the order call center, and corporate they still didn’t answer. One last try and the (supposed) manager answers. Without hesitation the excuse is (as it always is when there’s an issue) we have short staff and we are training in people. With three cooks in the kitchen and two expos, I think it’s safe to say they were not under staffed. However, it’s very clear they need more training. Worst...
Read moreI ordered tofu pad thai… the cashier was very nice and helped me log into my app so I could log the puchase via my phone number since I haven’t been here in 10+years. My food came out pretty quickly and when I sat down and took my first bite it seemed like my noodles didn’t have any sauce. There was flavor but they tasted dry. So I went back up to the front. The cashier was now helping someone else and it looked like they may be processing some online orders (it was 4:30pm on a Saturday evening). After the cashier finished helping the new customer with their order he ignored me and turned around to assist the other gal putting orders together. I watched them process 2-3 orders and also help a third in-store customer now… without ever even looking at me. I then moved to the cashier area hoping to get some attention that way. The gal finally looked at me and I asked for some “extra” sauce (not explaining that it didn’t look like I had any to begin with). She said that would be an extra charge. I said fine. She quoted me like $2.50 but ended up charging me less than $2. I stood there and watched them process more orders… 2-3 people came to puck up orders. Finally a different lady stepped up from the back to ask if I needed help (“I’m saved!” I thought)… I explained I just needed some extra sauce and had already paid for it… she said okay and disappeared in the back. I never saw her again. By the time I got my “extra” sauce which was really just “sauce.” Since I never had any, my food was cold. Next time, I will know better that asking for sauce means putting in a totally separate order and having to...
Read moreI went into noodles this evening around 5:00-5:30. There was a sign on the door that said “short staffed, to go orders only”. So I figured I could order my food and eat outside on the patio (which was clearly open). the girl at the counter was very sweet and apologetic for being short staffed and said everything was to go only because they didn’t have the staff to do dishes. I received my food and headed out to the patio where 3 other tables were filled with people eating. I thought since my food was in disposable containers, I could throw it away when I’m finished-leaving no mess, dishes, or extra work for the staff behind. As soon as I sat down, the manager comes out to the patio and shouts at everyone outside “the reason why I made it to go orders only was because were short staffed and cant have people dining in and that includes the patio!!” Mind you, there was no sign that said the patio was closed, and no other implications that the patio wasn’t available for dining. She then proceeds to run inside, locking the patio door behind her so everyone sitting outside was locked out from getting back into the restaurant. About a minute later, she comes back out with a sign that said “patio closed” and taped it to the door. I felt so out of place and uncomfortable that I put my food back in the bag and left. I have never felt so unwelcome in a place that I’ve given my business and money to. I will not be returning to this location with such a horrible and disrespectful...
