I don’t write reviews normally so this might be one to listen to. Honestly, we probably had the worst experience at a fast-food restaurant ever. Not to mention this Taco Bell is always the slowest Taco Bell that you would probably ever go to. Literally. However, this time while we were waiting our usual 20+ minutes to get our order, we overheard the staff mentioning how they were running out of beef and that it would take around 38 minutes to have more ready. The staff obviously did not know that we overheard them as they proceeded to give us our take out order anyways. While we gave them the benefit of the doubt, we didn’t realize until we got home that our 3 beef orders didn’t actually really have any beef in them. Also, the chicken quesadilla was mostly just a toasted tortilla. I don’t really understand how they would just serve people their order anyways while knowing they didn’t contain the proper ingredients. When you read this review, know that you will likely have an experience like this at this Taco Bell. We have given them too many chances thus far. Seriously, drive to a different Taco Bell if you want to indulge in it as we, at times, do. Don’t waste your time or, more...
Read moreI've been to this particular Taco Bell 3 times. Each time has been a complete and utter disappointment. Generally, when going through the drive-thru it does not take 10+ minutes to order and subsequently receive your order. It has varied but overall, 10 minutes seems to be the minimum. Once you receive your food, it's often semi-warm. You're expecting your burrito or taco to have meat? Think again, they will skimp the meat big time. Ordered a beefy type of burrito? You'll see a small amount of meat spread in there. Order a double chalupa? You might get a quarter of the meat.
A lack luster experience, waste of time and disproportionate portions compared to any other taco bell you would ever go to. I was hoping that going during the day may have proved to be a differentiator, however, management must be skimping as a policy and hiring the youngest and least expensive workers that can be found in order to make sure you do not want to come back.
Thank you again Taco Bell, you've...
Read moreI’m writing to express my concern about an unpleasant experience I had at your Taco Bell location at 14040 South Highway 13, Savage, Minnesota 55378 (Store #020-131).
I placed an order totaling $42.03, and the food I received was cold and poor in quality. When I politely asked for a fresh batch of fries, the manager responded in a very unprofessional and offensive manner—throwing the food and using inappropriate language toward me for no reason.
I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. The way he acted made me feel unsafe. I didn’t feel comfortable taking the food after that interaction because I wasn’t sure if it was handled properly. I ended up driving away without waiting for the fries. The entire situation was upsetting and disappointing, especially considering how much I spent.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service I expect from Taco Bell. I’m requesting that this matter be looked into seriously and handled...
