Contrary to other reviews, I did not have a good experience. I took in two different repairs; one to replace a lost diamond, and, one to polish a cracked stone and fix the channel setting. Was told that all repairs could be done, but that they would have to ship my stone to CALIFORNIA to get it polished because "no one local does it" (pretty sure there's a place closer than CA though!). Anyway, after 2.5 weeks of waiting for the repairs to be completed, I received a call letting me know that my ring had been sitting in the "repair bucket" for the last 2 weeks, with a note attached saying it was "not repairable". My issue with this is that when I dropped off my ring there were TWO SEPARATE INDIVIDUALS who inspected my stone with their "magnifiers" and indicated it could be done. Never once did either of these people actually consult their own internal Repair Department, so one would assume they know what they're talking about. Instead, they accepted pre-payment of almost $500 on a repair they couldn't do. My second issue is, if it wasn't repairable, I would've came directly in to retrieve my ring, not let it sit there for 2 weeks. I found out on my other repair that the only way they notify you anything is completed is from a vague text message, not even a courtesy call. Honestly wouldn't recommend based on customer service too, because when I went in to retrieve my rings and get my refund on the hopeless repair, their main sales person up front sure wasn't in any hurry to offer an apology over the situation. You would think that if you're issuing a $500 refund to someone, something obviously went wrong, so, maybe ask what happened, it might improve your...

I was fortunate enough that my fiance let me help pick out my engagement ring with him. With that being said so many jewelers are pushy and did not care about what I wanted. However, Griffin was an amazing help. He actually listened to what I wanted. He did not push anything on me. If anything he encouraged something cheaper than we ended up with! We had an amazing experience there. The owner came over during our time and introduced himself and told us it was a family owned company and that he started it from nothing! It seemed like a trustworthy place so we kept looking for my perfect ring!

Griffin was very helpful and showed us lots of options including diamonds he had in the back and estate rings. When we finally decided on a diamond the owner offered us a deal without even being prompted and custom designed my simple solitaire band as part of our deal! I am super specific and really wanted some very small details to be absolutely perfect and Griffin (cannot say enough great things about this man) listened to every single thing I said. He was patient with my list and took very good notes. Even though they had offered to fix it as many times as needed to get it until I was pleased they made it perfect on the first try.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for any jewelry. We will be going back our wedding bands and I hope my fiance keeps visiting for future presents (hint hint). I got there the engagement ring. I don't know about other guys but I was lost, everything was glowing for me. Haha. All the people that work there helped me, and they all did it woth a huge smile. Very polite, very knowledgeable, and when you ask for their opinion they say the truth!!! Mrs. Theresa that I was mainly talking to was the perfect balance of a pro and a friend at the same time. The owner and his son very helpful so you can make the right decision.

As for the rings? GORGEOUS. I end up buying the wedding rings there as well. They have everything for every different style. Great Job, you have a costumer for lifetime. And I send more people there because they Worth it.
