KFC — Restaurant in Savannah

Drive through person was extremely rude. We waited in a long line got our food and saw they didn’t give us a fork which we need to eat green beans and cole slaw! We tried to open the door but they were locked. We got back in the long line, made it to the ordering window and I kindly asked her if she could send someone to the door so we didn’t have to wait in the long lines again. Just horrible! The cashier was mopping up front behind the register. I had to ask him if he was ready to take my order. He took my order and then went to fix my food. He put on gloves, but there was going to be a wait on my chicken sandwich. He came back up front and took an order with his gloves on and went back to fix their order. I reminded him that he had taken money with those gloves and needed to change them. The exact same mistakes that happened to me the previous time I visited, happened again. Good food. And the cashier was trying to do a good job with her customers, but the staff was spread to thin and the wait times were alot longer than normal. Not sure if this was because of employees being no shows or whether management did not want to pay for extra staff and/or underestimated the amount of staff needed during the lunch rush.
