I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Horseshoe Crab Savannah. Let’s start with the best thing, their incredibly sweet team. Every time I go in I feel like family. All of the girls here are just sweet as can be. They have helped me create the sweetest most precious pieces for my little boy Ellis. Not at all impressed with the atmosphere or customer service. Anytime I have come in, I have only been greeted maybe two times. Any time I’ve come in after that, they are too busy talking to each other to acknowledge that a customer has come in. Just recently I came in to make a return, and the young girl at the counter seemed like she had an issue with me making the return. When the transaction was finished, she just looked at me without saying anything. I asked if I could get my receipt and she just looks at me like why am I asking? Completely uncomfortable experience. 5 starts isn’t enough for the outstanding service I just received. I discovered this store after unfortunately becoming the victim of fraud from another Etsy shop. Out of concern for my family, Leanne both emailed me and personally sent me a message on Facebook to let me know. I spoke with her and several other extremely polite, kind, and helpful employees at the store. I happily placed an order for some beautiful monogrammed sweaters for my children.
