I'm highly disappointed with the management of the restaurant. I bought sushi yesterday evening and a few hours later I vomited the sushi a few hours later. I haven't thrown up from eating food in 8 years. The only food I ate that day was sushi and water. My diet has been consistent daily with the exception of yesterday. I called a few minutes after it happened but they were closed so I called again today. I spoke with management and they asked me to bring the food in. I told them I consumed the food so it's impossible and they said they can't refund my money. When I explained my history and diet they didn't care. They told me to go to the doctor and bring a note but I shared with them I felt normal once my body rejected the food so there's no point. I don't want to expose myself to large crowds of people if I don't have to. Also, me going to the doctor wouldn't change anything because there's still "no proof". It's not even about the money because I could eat at five guys and chick fil a and spend about the same amount. I've ordered takeout at least 100x this year and I've never returned anything. I just wanted to share the unprofessionalism and lack of empathy for their customers. The last thing I would do is fake a meal during the worst pandemic ever. I'll never eat at the place again and I caution y'all to do the same. Shame on you...

I put "add some more vinegar" inside the special instructions. While rechecking with the waitress, she said that a small cup of white vinegar would be an extra $0.75. I said, "It's fine. I'll give it a pass." She misunderstood me and charged me $0.75. Realizing that, I asked her to cancel the transaction. She insisted that since my order was placed through DoorDash, she needed to contact DoorDash customer service to give me the refund. I said this is a business to Doordash conversion, I should leave when I am not in charge of anything. She insisted that I stay with her until refund is processed. I waited with her until my food got cold. I asked her if she could just give me $0.75 from the restaurant so I could leave. She refused and I had to wait for nothing. Time passed, she finally asked a coworker how to deal with this situation, and accepted my advice I offered at the beginning. I was charged $0.81 after tax and received 3 quarters as a return along with my cold food. I walked out in anger. I will never, ever come back to this restaurant again. I know no one wants it to happen, but no customer should accept this...

My girlfriend and I stopped in town as we passed by during our 5 week road trip, on 2/6/22 and we needed a sushi 🍣 fix, if you know what I mean! So I stopped I walked in and made a to-go order, I ordered two seaweed salads, one of their dragon rolls, which is made just a bit different than back home on Cape Cod so I asked if they could make up two Alligator rolls like our favorite place makes all the time, so they do modify their menu if requested, finishing up our order with two unagi nigiri orders. Every aspect of what I would have as concerns, friendly, cleanliness, the plate presentation and timely manner were all topped off with satisfaction of our taste buds.

I don't normally write reviews but for a first time I read through a lot of them before making the decision to make the effort to investigate what we were truly droolung for. After my experience I feel some of the negative reviews were from negativity brought in by those...

Great experience. My partner and I came here on our drive back home from Florida. Best place we could’ve decided on. The plum wine was amazing and the sunset roll made my entire meal. They also encourage safe drinking!!! Yakisoba was also delectable. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. The veggies in the yakisoba were a bit softer than my liking but that’s only my preference, which I know isn’t a common preference. They also had a very large sushi menu, I wish I lived closer so I could come here more often

first and last time visiting this one. when we walked in, our waitress was eating a whole meal (understandable, sometimes you don’t have time to eat) but then kept coming to the table still chewing with her mouth full. then, my husband found 2 hairs in his food and had to have it remade. even all of these things aside, the food just wasn’t good. our appetizer of tempura veggies was the only thing we enjoyed but definitely not enough to come back.
