Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Savannah

The management team was very messy and lack professionalism. The team was horrible to deal with the staff had horrible attitudes most times and horrible customer service they would tell customers that they can't get what they came to order after a certain time simply because they didn't feel like making it which was dead wrong smh. The team doesn't follow covid-19 protocols with washing their hands properly wearing their face mask sanitizing food surfaces and cleaning is always halfass that store is disgusting they don't clean the hot boxes which holds the food. there's month of debris and sticky stuff on the hot boxes and inside of them that is unsanitary the outside of the store always looks dirty full of trash in front of the store The staff don't wash the dishes properly they spray the dishes clean without properly washing rinse and sanitized clean just a lack of care,the staff go from handling cash back to the food without washing their hands sometimes they go without sanitizing buckets and wash buckets that are not properly tempt if they do place them which is horrible.I'm not sure how they passed any inspection somebody was always late somebody was always calling out.under staffed. the store had no structure and the general manager had no real care in the world about improving the store obviously not passionate about customer service and taking proper measures to ensure safety is being practice at all times In the middle of a pandemic. Worst pizza experience ever. Ordered online for later pickup. Made the mistake of getting in the drive thru line to pick up at the window at the time I requested my order. There were 3 cars in front of me, and soon got blocked in by cars behind me. None of us moved for at least 45 minutes - well past the time I should have picked up my order. One SUV in front of me got sick of waiting and jumped the curb to leave. I think eventually the other two cars in front of me just gave up and left when no one came to the window. When I was finally able to get out of the drive thru lane (I didn’t even bother to stop at the window) I parked in the lot and went inside. Wall to wall people waiting and not a single staff member in sight and no pizzas in the pick up warmer on the counter. I left and emailed corporate to get a refund for the pizza I never received. Negligent staff, about 15 IQ points between the three of them. I had a problem arise while ordering through the mobile app, and of course noone answered the phone when I called in (as prompted by the app). I arrived at the drive thru and explained to the cashier my order, she spent about 10 seconds staring at me and then told me they didn't serve stuffed crazy bread. Then rather than taking my order, tells me to pull to the parking lot to place my order which I did. 30 minutes pass by and I finally get an alert my order is ready, and to pick it up "in the lobby". On my way to the door I'm stopped and instructed by the man carrying orders out to cars, to go back through the drive thru to receive my food...
