A couple of months ago i got my phone screen replaced here. They fixed it, and it appeared they did a fine job. They did keep trying to upsell me on a screen protector, which i found annoying, but whatever. Last weekend i was using my phone, and I put on spotify, then put my phone down. I liked the song I was listening to and checked who it was and, what the hell? my screen was broken. Didn't even drop it or anything. I don't know if this is One stop wireless's fault or not, but I was out the $250 it cost to fix the phone, and I can tell you I won't chance getting a screen replaced here again.
So i bought a new galaxy S20. Now wanting to take extra good care of it, I brought it back here to finally get that screen protector they were trying to sell me. I told they guy I wanted a premium protector, and no dust underneath or bubbles. He put it on, and it immediately looked like $*#%. There's a circle of glue where the fingerprint scanner is. Then the guy tells me I'm going to have to rescan my fingerprints. I tell him I am not happy with how it looks at all and would like a refund. He tells me they don't do refunds. I take my phone back to work with me and start trying to rescan my fingerprints, lo and behold, the fingerprint scanner doesn't work whatsoever with this protector on it. I take it back to the guy and explain that it is faulty, and looks horrible, and I am extremely unhappy with it, and he refuses to make any kind of exception for a refund. Screw this place. Whatever happened to making the customer happy? Especially a customer who has spent hundreds of dollars at your store and would have spent more? Why would I ever go to a store like this when Amazon exists....
Read moreI have gone to One Stop Wireless for all of my phone and IPad repairs for many years. I have had a couple of good repairs done, but I have paid $100’s of dollars for new screens and other repairs for devices that they were not able to unlock OR they had additional damages that made them useless to me. So approx $600 to “repair” devices that I can’t use.
If you can’t unlock my device, then don’t replace the screen and charge me $150.
So when I went in most recently to purchase a used phone, I expected to pay around $300 for a working phone. But the black guy convinced me that I should just have the broken screen repaired and get a new case and temper glass screen, for $129. After they had my $129, the young lady ringing me up let me know that “oh, your phone has water damage so you WILL have to replace the phone soon.”
I asked them to please put it back the way it was because I don’t have disposable income to throw away on phones that will “need to be replaced soon”.
I returned twice to discuss a refund or a credit towards one of their used phones.
The Asian man that came from the back was cold, completely defensive, rude, and told me that they refuse to offer any refund or discount on the used phones more than $10.
Don’t do business with them. You will pay for repairs for devices that you can’t use. And there was no empathy or...
Read moreGreat service, nice people, fair prices. My iPhone wasn't working at all, after I got it wet with saltwater, which corrodes the internal parts. The team even showed me the damage that was inside. They were able to quickly fix it (though they warned me that FaceID would no longer work, which seems to be a common problem when iPhones get wet), for about $100, which I thought was very reasonable. The team actually gets an extra star from me since I came in right before they were going to close, and they stayed a little late (after hours) to fix my phone, since they were closed the next day and knew I would be leaving the day after that. I wouldn't expect that they would be able to do that every time, but I really appreciated that they were willing to do this when they had the availability. Highly recommend these guys. It's also conveniently located next door to an Italian ice shop while...
