Wow... I have never had a worse experience at a smoke shop. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOUR MONEY STOLEN FOR NON-WORKING PRODUCTS. If I could give negative reviews I would. I came in on Halloween weekend to buy a concentrate pen before close while on a 2-day trip. There were 2 people working, a man and woman. After being rushed to pick something because they were going to close soon, I paid $60 cash and opened the box before leaving the store to make sure it worked. Upon opening the box in front of the workers, it would not to turn on at all and they refused to help me try to get it working, became aggressive, forced me out of the store, and locked the door telling me there were no refunds through the glass. They refused to exchange it and told me to come back tomorrow, after I made it very clear I did not live in Savannah and was driving home that night. To this day, I have tried everything, and the product still does not work and because I paid cash there is no way for me to get my money back. Find somewhere else to go, literally...

I never write reviews but I need to today. i’ve been to this store a couple times and always had a good experience there. Today was the first day I went back after not coming in months and there was a girl working there. i didn’t get to see her name but she had some facial piercings and dark hair. She was extremely rude to me the whole time I was there. I asked her about a product I was looking for and she just walks away and points at the product without saying a word like I’m a child or something. Then I ask her a question and she just stands there without saying a word clearly annoyed. Went to check out and I said thank you she never said have a good day, she never smiled she acted like she hated me. I don’t understand how anyone who can’t be a friendly, considerate person chooses to work a job where you have to talk to people and be kind to them. I really like this place and now i’ll probably never go back because of how stupid she made me feel and i’ll always have...

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went in here to purchase a hookah as soon as I got in the car I had noticed the hookah had been used. Tried to go into the store and exchange the item and was advised they have a no refund no exchange policy. I’m explaining to them it hasn’t been used by me so there shouldn’t be an issue exchanging it because this was an error on their part. The work named Bre ( blonde hair ) stated she did see the item was used and gave me the number to another store and told me to contact them regarding an exchange at a store that is not theirs. Bre then went on to say I needed to file a police report on this matter, which i advised wasn’t necessary i just want a new hoookah. She then stated she was calling the police on me and started using profanity and calling me out of my name. She even came around the counter like she was going to hurt me. EVERYONE BEWARE OF THIS STORE THEY SELL USED PRODUCTS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE...
