2/28/2023 update: What a mess. We put in two mobile orders while sitting in the parking lot. Floor was so incredibly greasy that the cane I use to walk with was sliding out from underneath me. The store opens at 10am, we were there at 12:50. All the tables and booths and chairs were dirty. The cleanest table was covered in crumbs, there were crumbs on the seat and a large dried beverage puddle on the table top. It wasn't 3 hours after they had opened. Don't tell me that they had cleaned the night before. They clearly hadn't. The time previous to this visit wasn't bad but I noticed that a sign that was on the table next to us had a sign that said "Do not sit here, thx. Management". That sign was still there after well over a month. The table was crooked and my friend who sat across from me went to straighten it out and the whole table top nearly fell off its post ! Clearly it was broken but the management never bothered to remove it for safely. So they let this potential hazard just sit there !. This could hurt someone if it fell on a foot or a child ! Whole place is dirty. I remember when they renovated, they put in these glass jars that sit in a shelf in the dining room that hold spices and rice and peppers, etc. They have never once been cleaned and you can see the haze of grease and dirt on them. One time we saw that the beans inside a glass jar had gone all moldy. Gross but they did finally remove it. Today , we both got fries and they both had a greasy old oil taste. I love their chicken tenders but not today. They too were greasy and I got a big piece of cartilage in one of mine. Just nasty. Highly understaffed. Had one lady at the counter. I'm glad that I didn't spend money on this and used a gift card. $13.29 with tax and the best part was the biscuit. It will be a long time before I return, if ever. From waiting in line at drive through to finally picking up order it was nearly 1/2 an hour. I had to repeat myself three times to the woman at the speaker who kept leaving to attend to other things. Read moreThe food is pretty good but they were out of their chicken sandwich and nuggets. The drive thru wait time was surprisingly 10 minutes but the lane is absolutely ridiculous. If you have to wait for your food (and you most likely will or there’s something wrong with your order) the exit is extremely narrow and poorly laid out. Moving on to the service, I came on a Sunday night when it wasn’t too busy. The employee who took my order was dull and apathetic. When I pulled up she took my card and didn’t give a receipt. I got my drink and 1 bag of food. I started to pull away but checked the bag real quick since I had a hunch that something was missing. I immediately noticed that half my order wasn’t in the bag. Going back to the layout of the drive thru you can’t return to the parking lot after entering the drive thru so I had to get back on the main road, make a u turn, make another u turn then pull into the parking lot. I went in and was met with a poor atmosphere and again apathetic almost hostile employees. I explained the situation to a young man and was met with a short grunt. He got his manager I assume and even she was rude and short. She didn’t even ask me what was wrong, just looked at me. I said the problem and she turned to gather what was forgotten. Read moreWhen I arrived to the restaurant the drive-thru was unable so that I could announce that I had a mobile order through the intercom as it was broken. Therefore when I finally reached the window I told the young man that I had placed a mobile order “21 & that my name was Nakia.” He glanced, told a near by coworker & stated “we don’t have a 21, 36 was our last mobile order can you pull forward. I mentioned to him that I ordered an hour ago. He mentions that they can’t cook the food if the ticket didn’t come through yet & that I needed to pull forward. At this point I’m lost because this had never happen to me before at any location. He doesn’t care he just wants me out of his face as he keeps saying pull forward. Why would I pull forward with no resolution? He wants me to sit there for a ticket that should’ve came in a hour ago ????? Finally another associate steps in & prints my ticket from the front counter. The drive through guy unprofessionally calms that my ticket just “magically printed” when I literally saw the other guy take the time out of his day & actually print the ticket. I pull forward, my food was good and fresh but that young man’s actions were unacceptable. I would’ve been a sitting duck if I didn’t speak up for myself.
