This is the worst restaurant experience that I have ever had. Last night after a long day I went to this taco bell and ordered a taco party pack, a quesadilla and a side of queso. I was forced to order on the kiosk after no one would come to the register. I then sat at one of the stools facing the register to wait for my order. After waiting for 10 minutes or so the woman working the food line starts to tell me I have to leave since I haven't ordered something. I say no ma'am, I ordered and paid for my food on the kiosk. At that point she starts to yell she ain't got no orders from the kiosk and I am a liar. I say no ma'am, I ordered it and showed her my bank account information on my phone for a pending order. She tells me I am a liar and there aren't any kiosk orders. I ask her to pull the orders from the kiosk up. She says she doesn't know how to do that and that I just need to cancel my order. I tell her that I can't, I don't know how to. I ask to speak to a manager and she starts to yell that she is the manager. I then ask to get the phone number for the GM, franchise owner or corporate. She says there isn't a person over her. Finally after I said I wouldn't leave with out a phone number she has another person write one down and I leave. That phone number was disconnected. This is actual legal theft and I reported it as such to my bank and to the 1800 number. Don't go here unless you like being yelled at and stolen from.

Taco bell in general isn't a great fast food joint, but this one always gets our order wrong. My husbands order was correct, but his tacos had barely any meat in it, he couldn't even taste it, and a small dab of sour cream on the side of each taco. His soda was watered down, you could see through the soda clearly. He had to ask for that to be replaced. He said his crunch wrap was good though. I ordered the power bowl and a supreme taco without tomatoes. My power bowl had maybe a tablespoon worth of chicken. My taco had tomatoes on it and only a small dab of sour cream on one side of the taco. Sour cream is supposed to be across the WHOLE taco. It wasn't busy, there was 1 car ahead of us, and us. That's it. I've worked fast food for many years and I never got an order wrong. Fast food is easy work. Poor performance is usually due to either poor management or lazy workers. Poor performance = orders wrong/bad attitudes = upset customers who then take it out on the worker. It's a vicious cycle that leads to customers not returning. Do better. But I'm done with Taco Bell for good, it's not worth paying my hard earned money for food with barely any meat, putting ingredients on there I don't like, and putting ingredients on only one side of the taco.

This really is mind boggling. I came in for a takeout order for 3 people. He says "that's a new item and I don't know how to make it". So they knowingly let a customer leave with an incomplete order. I say... "it's in your computer. All you need to do is add steak and jalapeños to a fry order" I get a blank stare. I literally tell them to just add steak, jalps, and nacho cheese to fries, and the idiot refused to do it. These people charged me for an item that is easily made, yet because they're so freaking stupid, they couldn't fulfill. In addition, they just omitted the order (while still charging me) hoping I wouldn't notice.

The employee was busy rushing instead of trying to take my change so I could get an even amount of dollar bills back. I didn't want to get change back. I kept telling her I had change to give her, but she was not listening. My order came out to $11.40. I handed her a $20 bill and was trying to give her the 40 cents. Once she tried to hand me the change back she kept saying she closed the drawer and couldn't get me the $9.00 in bills back. She even said they're on a timer, which let me know she was more focused on the timer instead of satisfying and doing right by the customer, including getting the order correct. The employee standing behind her with a buttoned down shirt on (I'm assuming she may have been the manager) said, "I'm sorry, love." As if saying "love" was going to satisfy me with the situation. I'm sure they could have opened the drawer again. I've seen it done before. The cashier was rushing so much that she dropped the dime she was handing me (so I never received it). After I drove off, I realized they did not give me the 2-pack cinnabon, and she gave me back $10 ( a five dollar bill, four one dollar bills, and one dollar in change--minus the dime she dropped) instead of $8.60 that she was supposed to give me. I ordered two crunchy taco supremes, two soft taco supremes, a 2-pack cinnabon, and a cup of water. I guess she'll find out she gave away too much money when she counts her drawer. This seems fair since I didn't get my cinnabons. The lesson: calm down, stop rushing, consider the customers, and think! I don't plan to eat here ever again! I ordered three crunchy taco supreme 2 bean burritos one side of jalapeños and two sides of nacho cheese. When I got home and opened the bag it contained two grilled burritos one soft shell and one regular crunchy taco. They seal the bags now and the bag also had my first name and last initial on it so I assumed it was correct I was in a rush to get home since I had just gotten off work and had already sat in the drive thru for thirty five minutes even though I had placed my order online 15 minutes before my arrival. I called and spoke to a manager the next day she took down my information and said she would give it to the gm which would call me back later in the day. I never received a call back but I'm not interested in a gift card for taco bell so they can screw up my order again. I used to go to taco bell allot I can count on one hand how many times they have actually gotten my order right. either I don't get everything I ordered or I get something completely different than what I ordered. I'm a manager at a local restaurant and we pride ourselves on costumer service and consistency i understand accidents happen but when they do its the companies responsibility to rectify the situation. Its not only this location that has problems getting orders right i have been to all the locations in savannah the only one that has done an ok job is the location on mall Blvd. Word of advice you should train your staff and hire people who care about...
