Nice clothing, some things are still a bit overpriced for the quality of goods. Selection is lacking in certain areas every time I go there. This time I specifically needed a plain white, button down, long sleeve, collared women's blouse. I found 1 option. Only 1 and it was 3/4 sleeve, the sides had a cotton stretchy type panel along both sides, and it was found upon 4 different racks including a clearance run. It was clearly priced, but was obviously placed in multiple areas as this classic wardrobe staple was the only option they had. Clearly the merchandiser noticed the issues I pointed out, but also needed to have that staple piece readily available for the consumer. I had to purchase another all white, long sleeved item to wear beneath this one to make up for the 3/4 sleeve. In all, I paid $60 for 2 shirts, which is typical pricing, for department stores. I should have not had to purchase 2 seperate shirts, nor paid that price at what claims to be an "outlet" store. Not once did an associate approach me to offer any help, even though I clearly circled the entire women's and junior's areas 3-4 times, with laser focused gaze, as I was on a clear mission with time restrictions. The store was clean, bright, and orderly. The associates that did make eye contact and my cashier were all friendly and smiling. Other shoppers seemed to be enjoying the store. Check out was a bit slow, to my standards, however I was in a rush and it was the customer, not the associate that slowed the process. Blissfully unaware of the line forming behind her as she navigated her debit/credit card and the alien-like card reader she's clearly unfamiliar with and most likely will never grow accustomed to (fraile, petite, elderly lady.....most of us have a soft spot for...

2022 ... This is off rt 528 and rt 20 in Geneva, ohio. Accessible from both roads. Very sanitary clean and well organized. Neat and no floor messes of fallen clothes. Plenty of shopping carts or baskets. Well lite and wide lanes. Nice selection on items, even if small place. Parking is close to door. Auto open doors. Nice...

The store is always clean, organized and well put-together. Prices are reasonable and I love their selection of home goods and clothing, especially. I can tell the staff works hard to present their best. Everyone is helpful and so pleasant. They have excellent customer service. We love this store and drive 40 minutes...
