I am from NC and I look forward to getting Mr. Hero every time I visit. This time I asked if there were any sandwich specials and the girl at the counter said no! So I ordered 4 10” sandwiches and 4 large fries and jalapeño poppers, while waiting I realized there was a family special 4 sandwiches, fries and drinks for $40 I spent $62!! I went to the counter and said I thought you didn’t have specials she stated oh! That’s not a special that’s something we do all of the time!! She didn’t offer a refund of any sort didn’t offer to give me drinks or anything to make up for the misunderstanding so I asked for cheese and she was like let me see if I can!! Read moreFirst time trying Mr.Hero today. I was skeptical at first. But glad I tried it. I enjoy trying something new every so often. I would say the pricing is just about the same as a Big Mac. Just this food is actually fresh and delicious. The plus side is they serve code red in the fountain! That’s a plus for me. As far as busy, it was not. We got our meal within 5 minutes. Window said they offered Wi-Fi.. so we went and asked employee what password to Wi-Fi was and he said there was no Wi-Fi. Well then the sticker needs to be taken down. Employee in front was also watching a movie on his phone, so many perhaps that’s why he said there was “no Wi-Fi”. I don’t care, just take the sticker off window then.
