Absolutely worst service from any fast food restaurant I have ever had! I placed a mobile order online about 10 minutes before I got to the restaurant but when I got there to pick it up the big Mclane semi truck was delivering their order while blocking the entire drive thru lane. I understand that their mobile order drive thru pick up process is that they don’t make the food until you show up at the speaker even though I’ve already paid for it. So I parked and went inside where I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before anyone even said hello let alone how can I help you. When the cashier finally found the time for me, I explained the situation and she hesitated before telling me that she guesses she could slide the order over to the lobby but it’s going to be a few minutes because they have TONS of orders on the screen! I ordered ahead online so as far as I’m concerned my order should be made in the order that it was received. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes after that, no food, no apologies, nothing. So I got back in my car, the semi had moved his truck by this point, and I went through the drive thru. At the speaker I tell the girl that I have a mobile order for my name and she says weren’t you just in the lobby with a snotty attitude. I tell her I waited for 20 minutes in the lobby and decided to wait the rest of the time in my car in the drive thru where my order would be made in the order it was received. She argued that she couldn’t do that and that I had to come back inside and that it wasn’t her fault. I agreed with her it’s not your fault but it’s ridiculous and I’m not coming back in that store I’m staying right where I am in the drive thru because there is now a line of cars behind me preventing me from backing out. At the window, she was very short with me and she only gave me 2 of the 4 drinks that I had ordered and slammed the window in my face as I yelled through the window that she forgot my drinks. She came back, she got the drinks and I told her to have a good night. What a wild goose chase for some tacos!! I would absolutely never recommend this...
Read moreI hate leaving bad reviews but there are some MAJOR improvements that desperately need made. I don’t know if it’s a corporate decision to make customers use the kiosk or divide the kitchen into two lines for drive-thru and dine-in orders but it’s pretty upsetting to a lot of customers who come in, wait for several minutes at the counter before even being noticed, then be told to use the kiosk, and then witnessing half the kitchen crew just standing with nothing to do. I waited for 20+ minutes for an order tonight while also overhearing other customers voice their grievances.
It’s sad because I think some of the staff are very good and Taco Bell has great food but the wait times and chaotic processes make this particular location suffer.

Wife went to pick up food for us, was supposed to be a Meal for 3 tacos and a large drink, Large MTN Dew (came with the meal), a five layer and 2 extra soft tacos.. Well she gets to the drive thru window, 2 hard tacos, bean burrito supreme, 5 layer burrito and 3 soft tacos. Ok completely wrong and not right.. turns around and goes inside says its wrong, Gets home and STILL WRONG. How hard is it to comprehend a single order that is one of the easiest to make. literally need 5 soft tacos and a 5 layer with no sour cream and a large drink. Thats it..
