Starbucks — Restaurant in Scappoose

This is for local as well as corporate. Since when is it okay to make a walk-in customer wait while drive thru customers take precedence ? I made my order and watched several cars come and go through the drive thru as I waited. I waited for over 20 minutes for my order. I personally don’t find this an acceptable business practice. Is the drive thru on a timer that gets reported to corporate that’s why in store customers are ignored ? Also I don’t like to be told how I like my coffee. The people that work here are so incredibly nice except. Steve and Angel are absolutely wonderful. The guy who always gives a thumbs up,and the woman who always hands you your stuff very slowly and politely. She always has a smile and warmness. Plus many more that I can't remember their names. I bought a vanilla mocha which was excellent and made the way I liked it nice and creamy and smooth. I also bought a breakfast sandwich with bacon cheese and a nice little bun. This location is in Scappoose Oregon. They were friendly and efficient and I was able to go into the location and pick what I wanted to eat.
