Bad customer service experience. Spa Deluxe Pedicure was the request with Regular Nail Polish. I advised the nail tech 3 times Regular she repeats 'yes Regular ' but used a gel which is $15 extra. I explained i wanted Regular she confirmed Regular but she applied gel to get the additional increase. Bad sales practices. The manager attempted to justify by saying, "You had gel on your toes already" and i politely advised her " never to assume anything, just because i had gel before didn't mean i wanted gel now , reason why i said Regular ". My toes were only getting polished for an event for Juneteenth weekend and afterwards i was removing the color. Long story short, horrible customer service, you ask for 1 thing an another is applied, i asked for pineapple juice but was given cranberries. Assuming that every like cranberries. This was an awful experience and i will never go back. Theres plenty of nail places on FM 78 or on San Antonio, Shertz/Cibolo area where you can go and you will get what...

When they first opened they did an amazing job which is why I kept going back. Never again. The people are really nice, but now they rush you through everything. Kind of pricey too for the briefness of the services. Wanna soak a minute? Nope, not here. They offer you a beverage, but you can’t even enjoy it or the chair massage since they have you twisted in your seat while someone does your mani at the same time as your pedi. They don’t take the time to slough off the skin under your feet, nor do they even attempt to remove the cuticles or clean underneath your toenails. My last mani/pedi was all completed in under 30 minutes. I don’t mind paying and tipping $$$ for good service, but this was really disappointing. Shouldn’t we be allowed to relax and “lounge” a...

I have gone here twice with my rambunctious toddler and I have nothing but good things to say. First, they treat her with such grace and greet her with friendly smiles. Plus, while I am getting my nails done or if she has any kind of accident (this last time she spilled water) I get embarassed and they quickly let her know it's okay and have even helped her turn on the light for the restroom, use the massage chairs, and don't give us any ugly faces. Instead they tell me to let her be and they make me feel comfortable. The nails are great, and have lasted me each time. Plus Thursdays they give you 15% off of each service.
