Horrible first impression. First of all, someone cut in line in front of the family that was in front of me. I let it go. I only ordered a small Agua Fresca, and the employee poured it immediately upon ordering. The people that were ahead of me had a large order and on top of that, they were sampling different Agua frescas, you would think that would be the PERFECT opportunity to quickly cash out the person with ONE item. Nope. The employee made me wait till the others were done taste testing. Finally they pay and leave and I'm up next and here comes the guy that cut in line initially also with a large order (which btw, fell behind because his order was large), and the cashier tells me, "I'm gonna cash him out first". I truly don't understand why you can't quickly let me pay and send me on my way. Why would I want to purchase a drink that's been sitting there, being watered down and melting while it takes over 10 minutes for other people to pay and go with large orders? I'm never returning. This establishment needs to organize a way to make a single file line so that people don't cut in line while ordering ice cream. I just walked away without the drink. Read moreThe service was terrible the encounter with the young lady who took my order was literally the worst she seemed so irritated with the fact they were busy. To any business this is great but to the young lady who took my order it was as if we were doing her a disservice . In my opinion it’s better to be slow than rude. I let her know that I understood it was busy and that it is overwhelming but her attitude didn’t make it any better. I ordered a chocolate shake and nachos she told me it would take a while since the blenders needed to be washed and sled me if I wanted to order something else I waited less than 5 minutes for my order surprisingly everything came before the people who ordered before me.
That’s why I had the courage to say something because being rude is not gonna stop people from coming. I told her I was trying my best not to write a bad review. The cleanliness of the place was not the best. Cutting boards dirty, mold on the buckets that hold the ice cream scoopers, spills from ice cream. I call store and the girl was talking to her manager while I was on the phone. She ADMITTED to her manager that they gave my driver somebody else’s order and there was a mix up. THEN they turned it around and said it’s my drivers fault because she said they were with door dash and not uber eats. So In the end they said to come pick it up or they would refund me in store $17… I paid more via Uber eats $25. I even asked if somebody could drop it off since I leave 2 mins away. They said nope.
