To be clear beforehand, this is a review of who I am assuming is a manager at this location named something like "Illiana" or "Alana." I wasn't trying to pay too much attention to names at first, and only started listening in closely partway through.
I went in around 5:30 PM. The person who I'm assuming is the manager named Alana was smarmily harassing her team members about a past review in front of me as a customer. Now there's a couple problems with this. First, I understand that corrective training needs to take place with team members, but this is not something that should be addressed in front of customers. Second, there is something fundamentally wrong with talking to a girl who looks half your age in such a manner. The way the manager was talking to the young girl employee was the height of arrogance, excessive, and exceedingly condescending. I don't understand why any person in ownership or management thinks it's acceptable to talk to their employees in such a manner.
Further, I was a foodservice manager from 2015-2019, and I can garuantee that a gas grill should not be propped up on bricks as it is in this location. This is a workplace hazard, and I will be filing a notice with OSHA.
On the topic of food safety, I have been visiting this location since its opening, and I believe the air conditioning is out of order. To combat the heat, the team members are using a fan in the kitchen which is blowing across food prep surfaces. This is a blatant violation of Servsafe food safety regulations. I will also be including this in my OSHA report, and making a notification to the health inspectors.
The behavior of the manager named Alana was abhorrent. Even in the military, we do not treat soldiers with that level of disrespect when hosting corrective training. There's absolutely no justification as to why I should have to listen to that kind of childish disrespect when I go to eat my dinner.
Between upper management and ownership, something needs to he done about this store. Upper management needs to entirely retrain this manager named Alana, and ownership needs to stop being cheap, and properly fix the grill, and service the air...
Read moreSo stopped in to Charley's to try them out for the first time yesterday. And I'm a little on the fence about how to review them. So let me break down my experience. So we walk in to see their menu as it's our first time there and we didn't know what they had or what we wanted. I ended up getting the old school, my daughter got a kids meal and my wife got some lemon pepper rub wings. Well idk exactly how, but our order ended up getting completely skipped over and 30 mins later the manager noticed we were still there waiting and asked if we had already got our order. We did not. She asked her staff how they missed us and had them drop everything to get on our order and was very apologetic. Within a few mins our order was out and we were on our way home. So we get home and pull everything out and and start to eat and my wife realizes her wings are still frozen solid. She was very upset. After all that wait she now had to go back to the store. Upon her arrival the manager recognized her immediately and my wife told her the wings were frozen still and she handed her a cup so she could get a drink while she waited and asked if she wanted the wings remade to which my wife refused. She then asked my wife if she could get her anything else. So my wife asked for a Cheesesteak with no onions. The manager said ok, refunded our money for the wings and had everyone immediately stop what they were doing to make her cheesesteak. She was in and out within about 5 mins. All in all my rating doesn't reflect the multiple mistakes made because when we all finally ate, the food was delicious. The manager was incredible and absolutely made it right. And despite some time lost she absolutely saved the experience and is an asset to that company. I had to dock 1 star for the mistakes, but if it wasn't for her saving the day my rating would have been a 1 star. She was that amazing....

Huge shout out to TED!! He was so great in such the short amount of time we were there ordering our food . I came with one other person and he could see some hesitation and immediately recognized that we weren’t familiar w/ the menu. He took his time to go over everything for us and even shared what he understood to be the most popular items. We ordered, and he even covered the change just so I didn’t have to go back to my car 🥲 (it’s the little things) After taking his word for it, we were not disappointed! (Shout out to the cooks!!!) 👩🏽🍳🧑🏻🍳 Loved the food and the whole vibe ✨ can’t wait to be back!!
