So back in April I dropped off my engagement ring and wrap. I was told that it would be a while because they were closed due to medical reasons. I was told they would call me in a few days with an estimate. Turn to the week before the forth of July no answer ok I thought maybe in vacation Tried the week after the fourth and still no answer. So I got in my car and drove down during store hours. Doors locked. You would think that a good business would put a sign in the window why they were closed. Nope nothing. So can’t get them on phone and store locked. I was recommended to make a report with police So now it’s Aug 11th police are checking the store to see if they were open. Finally the officer noticed a customer walking in. So he went in nice enough to wait until the other customer left. Asked about my rings , first he was told they can’t find it then they were told that I only brought in it 2 weeks ago. He told them that the report was filed more than 2 weeks ago. He was also told that they were working on the month of May. Lies, lies and more lies. I had my stub dated 4-26. Smh. Finally got a call that I could come for my rings. Never touched never even looked at. Went down on the 12th to get my rings very unprofessional. I was treated like I was the one at fault. No apology nothing. Since when does customer service not matter. I would have had a problem if there was a message on their phone or a sign in the window saying why they were closed. I have never taken my rings off for over a day in 37yrs and now it was my 34th anniversary (Engaged for 3yrs prior to wedding) and no ring on my finger. Very very sad to be treated like this. Please please please don’t use this business unless you are prepared for heart break and unprofessional treatment. I read other reviews before I took my things there. But like an idiot I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now I know better trust no one that hasn’t proven...
Read more🚨I dropped of my son’s charm in August 2025 And Melissa told me 1-2 weeks to fix it and she also told me $30 to fix the belt on the charm; then a few weeks later she told me that the price change to $130.00 I tried to get it back cause I no longer wanted fix it and she kept on giving me the run around it took me almost 2 months to get it back she told me that she will lower the price down and when I when to picked up Melissa the owner’s daughter told or u give me the money or I will brake the charm On top of that they also kept the old belt charm She had a really nasty attitude and really aggressive…… I will never step a foot on that jewelry store ever again!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star! Please be aware, don’t trust this jewelry...

When I called and was told NOTHING has been done with it, I said I’d just pick it up and take it elsewhere. The woman then gave me an attitude and said she wasn’t told when I needed it by and her father had a pile of work needing to be done but couldn’t make it in because he can’t walk. Ok fine but don’t run a business if you’re incapable. And to give me an attitude when she is the one who told me two weeks and it’s been 5 and it hasn’t been touched...
