I was having a wonderful day until I encountered the cashier, Latisha. I had a lot of items in my cart so maybe she was annoyed by that or just having a bad day, but her attitude was very off putting. I had a lot of canned goods that were at the bottom of all of my frozen items and I had three separate orders. I asked if she could stop the belt so that I could take the frozen items out first and put the canned goods in front of them on the belt so that she could scan the canned goods first and simply rest the frozen foods on top of them. Also so that the orders would stay separated in the cart. She said yes and stopped the cart but as soon as I stopped putting items on the cart she started the belt and said she just going to scan the items. I hadn’t even gotten any canned goods out yet. I was so confused. I asked why she started the belt and she very crassly said “so I can do my job.” I said but I have a lot of canned goods and three separate orders and I don’t want them to get mixed up and she said don’t worry about it and continued throwing items in the cart. By the time we were done with the first order, the whole cart was filled and there was not room for the next order. She proceeded to shove all the items to the back of the cart to attempt to make room for my next two orders. She was extremely condescending and was chuckling, singing, and humming when she could see I was visibly upset. I’m not sure if she was being passive aggressive and rude because of my young age, but she treated everyone else after me with respect; calling them ma’am and sir. Meanwhile, when she was assisting me she was just barking “how many bags?!” and “swipe your card” at me after every order. The absolute worst customer service, I will not...
Read moreI had the worst experience at this location. I went to pickup an order only to find that they canceled the order as I was sitting in the lot. So I went in. The store was filthy and the line was backed up all the way to the back of the store. I then asked another worker, who was cleaning the store instead of helping the customers check out, if there was anything that they could do to help the one cashier who was working. She said she would see what she could do about it and then disappeared into the back. When I left at 8:15, the cashier was still checking people out. After I checked out my four-year-old son needed to use the restroom and the lady then informed me that the restrooms were out of order which was clearly a lie. They just didn't want to clean the restroom. The cashier exchanged my cart for a cart that did not have a quarter in it And I had to return to the store to get my quarter back. This Aldi was the biggest inconvenience for me and I will not be returning. I will make sure to go to a different Aldi from now on. I have never in my life seen an Aldi that is open past 8 o'clock PM. This experience reminded me why I stopped going to this location years ago and it's sad that years later this location is still experiencing these type of...
Read moreA nice surprise. Like a baby Costco. Quality, clean, inexpensive, no hassle, nice. But unfortunately about half the time I intend to go here, I end up going somewhere else because I find I don't have a quarter on me (which you need for the carts, another surprise, and there don't appear to be any baskets, but I understand). Selection varies but most of the time is great, as are the prices. Feels pleasantly European with regard to inventory, which I like (a bag of shredded Gruyere for $3 is nice). Though the quality of some of the generic knock off brands is really inconsistent. Some are great, others are far from it. You learn on repeat visits. Haven't found anything to complain about on the food or drink side yet though. The checkout people are fantastic, true professionals, like at Costco, just as good so far. I like that there are no plastic bags, and you decide what is going to happen with regard to bags. Feels like this is a responsible company. It's become essential, this place is the best addition to the area in...
