Over the past two months, Georgia Nails has become my little retreat every two weeks. Conveniently located on Memorial Drive, this little gem of a salon has consistently provided me with a top-notch experience that keeps me coming back.
I recently treated myself to a manicure, and once again, they did not disappoint. I typically do black dots with a shiny gel coat, but this time I opted for something different. To achieve my vision, I worked with Mimi, who lent me her expertise and the results were amazing! The soft pink finish with the tiny gold dots is an elevated version of what I wanted—simple, elegant, and just a little bit fun. She's a master of her craft and knows how to elevate your vision to manifest a masterpiece.
The photos don’t do justice to capture how smooth and flawless my nails feel in person, but trust me, they’re perfect!
What I love most about Georgia Nails is how comfortable and welcome I always feel. The staff are friendly, taking the time to make sure I’m happy with every little detail. It’s the kind of place where they remember your name and your favorite color, and that personal touch makes all the difference.
Whether I’m in for a quick polish change or something more luxurious (like the pedicure I got on my first visit, I know I can count on them to deliver great results every time. If you’re in the area and looking for a reliable, friendly nail salon, I highly recommend giving Georgia Nails a try. You might just find yourself coming back every two...
Read moreI came here to get a brow wax. The guy who did my brows was very kind but he did not know anything about waxing. He left the wax on to long and it was to warm. He burned my face and left a permanent scar. The lady who does nails sits up front on the right side as you enter said she was the manager. I came to speak with her about the matter. She was very rude, unprofessional and showed NO COMPASSION or remorse for the situation. Said things happen there’s nothing they can do; and that I can’t sue them so basically I should just get over it. Then she tried to give me some cream to help when it wasn’t even the right cream. I refused to take it because it was not going to help and I didn’t want to break my face out even more. There was no free pedicure, no refund, no apology, no nothing! I will never go back there again. I don’t recommended them either. They are not professional and nor do they take responsibility for their actions. My eye could have been damaged or have to be taken out if I hadn’t stopped him in time. There’s no telling what could have happened how far it could have went. I’m just grateful nothing worse happened. I am very hurt and so self conscious about the scar in my face. I’ve been using turmeric soap to help with the scarring praying for a miracle that it makes it go away. I’m telling you all to STAY AWAY.. you...
Read moreI really didn't want to write a review like this. I've been going here since December 2016 and my experience has been great up until last week.
Last week I went in for an SNS manicure. I went in, got my manicure and everything was great. Not even a full week later, one of my nails had a crack in it. I went in and the technician who did my nails was not there at the tine and I didn't have time to wait on her, so one of the other technicians said he would "fix" it...and by "fix" he filed the nail down and the crack went further down. He said it was fixed and I still saw a crack. That same night, the same nail he filed down and "fixed" came off and I went back the next day where the technician fixed the nail...with the wrong colored powder. If they were out of the color I wanted, they should have said so. Yes, I would have been pissed if they told me they were out of the color I needed but I would have preferred if they had been honest with me. When I got under a completely different light I saw the the color was much lighter and had more glitter than the powder on my other nails. I had to get all of the power taken off my nails because a different nail had chipped and two of my other nails had cracks in them. I really liked this place, but I...
