I went to the salon when the stylist I had canceled last minute. They were able to fit me in for a cut and the next week I went back for a color. I thought my haircut was messed up so I wasn't going to go back for the color. When I called, I spoke to Mira who is just the sweetest girl who works in the front and after talking to her I decided to keep my appointment. When I got there, I felt like a complete idiot. My haircut wasn't messed up at all. I have very thick curly hair, and when the stylist to cut my hair went through it with me, she was able to show me all of this breakage that I didn't see because the previous stylist had destroyed my hair. The woman who cut and colored my hair is absolutely amazing. Instead of putting a bunch of chemicals on my hair and doing 1 million foils, she gave me really beautiful lowlights and some highlights and she turned my whole head and it looks so amazing.She Is such an amazing stylist and it was by luck that I got in with her and I am so grateful I did. not only did she simply fix a horrible situation, she did an amazing job and came up with a plan to get my hair where I need to be. I really don't even want to say her name because then everyone's going want to see her as they should because she is absolutely amazing! The people here are just fantastic starting with Mira and all the wonderful stylists! I would give it 100 stars if I could. Tipped 20% because I'm a good person. So I spend $42 for a haircut I had to fix at home. That's why I normally just cut my own hair because the hair stylists.

I was rushed. Very rushed She kept looking at her watch!!!! I dont care if I'm your last customer, I'm coming when I can in my crazy schedule and if you wanted to go home early then don't tell me I can come in and get my haircut.

I told them on the phone I had Long hair I wanted a new style and cut. They should know if they are willing to spend the time to do it right or not.

She was scared to cut my hair. At the end I felt like she wasn't even listening to me so I just said "sure that's fine " so I could leave. So I gave her 20% so no one could say something about tipping. You get what you pay for. The receptionist had called me and asked if I could come in early. Which should have been an immediate red flag because the stylist rushed through the haircut so quickly as if she had somewhere more important to be. I was in and out of there in 20mins. I showed the stylist about where I wanted my hair to be cut and she cut about an additional 2-3inches. My hair has never been so short and barely fits in a pony tail which I specifically stated was important to me. She continues to cut it shorter to even out the sides. I feel like I was being man-handled during the hair wash and the back of my shirt got soaking wet. I thought I had found a great new hair place with good reviews and really reasonable pricing.
