I’m editing this review to address the response by the owner below. I was in no way aggressive verbally. I was upset and adamant that they not grind my nails down which they did after me telling them I did not want that 3 times before they did. I did not raise my voice or make a scene at all. It is important to know that I had booked an appointment with a specific person and was passed to an inexperienced employee. I have no idea why there are so many good reviews for this place. I had a complete disaster. I made an appointment for a pedicure and manicure and got bounced around by a bunch of people none of which knew what they were doing and there was zero communication going on. I got my pedicure and my nails got ground even though I told everyone I didn’t want that done. I have naturally strong nails and one is so thin now I can feel the through it. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon ever. The least they could have done was comp my pedicure. I paid $50 to feel terrible...

My experience at Ovation was exceptional from the moment I walked in the door! I’m new to the area and was a little late for my appointment, yet they were still warm and welcoming. Kim was the technician for my manicure and Tina for the pedicure. They were both excellent and I was so pleased with both services. I was having an old dip manicure removed and I always get a little anxious because I’ve had overzealous techs get aggressive with the drill. I would highly recommend this salon! They run like a well-oiled machine and are very clean. I have followed Emily from her former locations because of the great work she does. I have dip nails and pedicures regularly plus occasional nail art. I have never had even one nail lift! Plus I travel regularly and have never had any issues while gone, which gives further testimony to their work! Emily, Kenny, and Helen all do wonderful work and are very conscientious.
