Title: Exceptional Experience with Kayle at Scottsdale McLaren
Review:
From the moment I wheeled into Scottsdale McLaren, I knew I was in for a remarkable experience. As someone who drives and is in a wheelchair, finding the right supercar can be quite the endeavor. Thankfully, my visit exceeded all expectations, and that is all thanks to Kayle.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Kayle, who immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Navigating such high-performance vehicles comes with its own set of questions and challenges, but Kayle’s expertise and genuine enthusiasm made the process incredibly seamless. Every question I had was met with detailed, insightful answers, demonstrating not only vast product knowledge but also a deep understanding of my unique needs as a driver.
What truly stood out was Kayle’s commitment to ensuring I experienced the thrill of a supercar firsthand. The test drives were nothing short of exhilarating. Kayle made sure each ride was not only enjoyable but also fully accessible and tailored to my requirements, turning what could have been a simple test drive into a memorable event.
Moreover, Kayle’s dedication to customer satisfaction doesn’t just end at the dealership’s inventory. Understanding that today’s car market offers limitless possibilities, Kayle assured me they could source any vehicle my heart desired, underpinning a level of flexibility and service that sets them apart in this industry.
Buying a high-cost, high-performance vehicle is a significant decision, and trust is paramount. I can confidently say that Kayle and the Scottsdale McLaren team have earned mine. Their professionalism, personalized approach, and unwavering commitment to providing peace of mind have left an indelible impression.
If you’re in the market for a supercar and want to make an informed, confident purchase, Scottsdale McLaren is where you should go. If you choose to shop elsewhere, make sure your dealer is as exceptional as Kayle. For me, Kayle has set a standard that is hard to beat. Their exceptional service is as top-notch as the supercars they sell. I look forward to making my...

However that is not where I get my review from, once I got home I noticed the vehicle was absolutely hammered, which is not their fault as they had offered to wash it prior to pick up and I asked them not to, however there are countless bird poop etchings over the entire vehicle, it was obviously parked outside for awhile, which is not a big deal however the bird poop is very acidic and etches into the paint. I now have significant bird etchings in my paint, windshield protection film, and paint protection film. Extremely disappointing as this is going to be a significant cost to fix. Dropping off my vehicle here I thought it would be taken care of, never thought I would have this issue. Really bummed out. I would just beware prior to bringing your car for service of the possibility of this happening.
UPDATE: after picking my vehicle up, less than a week after the hydraulic line started to leak hydraulic fluid. I took it into a local shop that specializes in Mclaren and they threw it up on the lift and showed me firsthand how the accumulators had started to leak. I find it unreal that you spend $720 on a inspection for them to not do anything. I know this is a very common issue so how they missed it is beyond me. I know once Lawrence took over it has become a high volume sales dealership clearly they do not care about their customers in the service department. This place is absolutely pathetic and I will never use them again. I also went in for an alignment, although the car was driving completely straight. I noted that I wanted the alignment to the steering wheel being off by an inch. It is even noted in my service notes upon picking up the vehicle on the drive home the steering wheel is exactly the way I dropped it off. This entire visit was nothing but a waste of time and money not only did it cost me over $1500 for the visit but also another couple thousand in pain correction due to the incompetence of keeping it outside under a tree for...

I purchased a 2023 AMG G63 from McLaren Scottsdale. I flew in to inspect the vehicle, took videos and photos, and confirmed the condition matched the inspection report (see photo attached for windshield before the car was delivered). Based on that, I completed the purchase and had the vehicle shipped — using a transporter they arranged.
When the car arrived, it had a cracked windshield (see photo below). The transport driver confirmed it left the dealership already damaged. No one from McLaren Scottsdale informed me that this happened after my inspection. I reached out immediately and requested a proper OEM windshield replacement — a very basic ask, considering I just bought a six-figure vehicle.
Instead, I was met with hostility and arrogance from the owner, Ethan Lawrence. He actually told me:
“No dealership would ever replace this windshield, and you should be grateful that we’re even offering an off market piece of glass.” “You can replace it with a gold-plated windshield for all I care.”
That’s a direct quote from the person running this dealership. I was stunned. Rather than resolve the issue professionally, he began to yell at me when I asked for OEM, belittled me, and tried to gaslight me about the pricing — falsely claiming I had received a huge discount (I have documentation proving otherwise).
Then they had my first review taken down.
So here it is again. If you’re considering buying from McLaren Scottsdale — especially from out of state — be extremely cautious. If anything goes wrong, this is how they’ll treat you. Hopefully they try to resolve the issue, but so far have just tried to hide it.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable — especially from a dealership selling ultra-luxury vehicles.
Photos attached show the windshield upon my inspection (not damage) and how car was delivered (significant...
