I had such a great experience over the last year with Arizona Interlock, they have been great to answering any of my questions, gone above and beyond multiple time so that my experience went smoothly. The system was easy to use. Jackie went above and beyond for me when I lost my car, she made every effort to get the interlock back and make sure I got it in my new car quickly and efficiently. Then my removable day came, god bless Jackie and Manny for being so amazing, my battery died they did everything thing and I mean everything in there power to get my car up and running. My car has antitheft those that don’t know that means my car won’t go into neutral without the car being on so we couldn’t push my car out of the shop to jump my car. They tried a battery recharge thing, it wasn’t working, cleaned my battery post and cables, tried to remove the battery from the car…… oh man I never knew that battery that was so secure that you couldn’t take it out of the vehicle ya that was my car. We finally got my car in neutral so we can see if putting car to car jumping my car would work, NNNOOO that didn’t work! My battery was to far gone it wasn’t coming back. We finally get the battery out of the vehicles, they made sure I got down to AutoZone to get a new one and help me get it back in. Thank you Jackie and Manny for my amazing experience, I would 1000% recommend Arizona Interlock if you ever need one...

I have dealt with these ppl for 17month and it hasn't been good, they blame everything on their "MANUFACTURERS " (Instant Interlock), somebody didn't turn my calaburations into ADOT from July to Dec. 1st so my license was suspended for 30 days, Arizona interlock blamed "THEIR MANUFACTURER " and their manufacturer blamed Arizona interlock, I have never had a violation or fail in 17 months till now a moving violation shows up, one month before it's to come out, kinda weird I think. TO HECTORS RESPONCE BELOW.................. NOO that is not true Hector, when my license was suspended for ADOT NOT getting ANY calaburations from July to Dec. 1st , NOT just ( A or 1) calibration, but none from July to Dec. you didn't rectify anything I was on the phone for the whole month of NOV. with ADOT supervisor PERSONALLY and YOUR manufacturer, you yourself told me that you sent the paperwork to "your Manufacturer" and I would have to deal with them, I haven't had a violation in 17 months, it just seems funny that all the sudden it happens a month before I'm to get it out, just sayin. this so called violation has nothing to do with anything I did, I blew over 4 times before I got home from work, every time green and every time pass. That's what I'm saying you guys don't take credit for anything, it's always our fault or your "MANUFACTURER" yes I have said this is bull crap cause the procedures...
