TechBros has been my go to for many purposes in Scottsdale. Some purposes include drop-off recycling of both personal and small business electronics. I've even purchased a couple of used laptops for my small business from Techbros in Scottsdale. Purchasing used computers feels more eco conscious to me. Both laptops run just fine and allow me to get my business work done! They're newer laptops that run Windows11 (an upgrade for me!) and both were a fraction of the cost as new. On to the next purpose: I was locked out of a laptop recently and the pros at Techbros got back in to my computer for a very reasonable price-and unlocked it! Now on to recycling. I've been recycling electronics the past couple of years: both as homeowner and small business owner. Owning a business and a home in this modern era means you'll generate electronic waste especially as the electronics age and become outdated. Just look at it this way: precious metals are found throughout your electronics. Techbros contributes by keeping those precious metals and components out of the landfill. I'm glad Techbros is here to accept all types of electronic recycling in Scottsdale and across the valley. I don't mind copaying/cost share a small amount for recycling a large TV. All the precious metals stay out of the landfill and Techbros makes sure the TV components get repurposed by being recycled! Staff is all very professional and are a pleasure to work with. The owner, Serkas, is passionate about what he does. Serkas takes care of his employees all the while taking care of the environment. I'm glad he provides this recycling and repurpose service for our community...
Read moreBought 2 in 1 Sony Vaio (laptop/tablet)listed on Offer up for what seemed like a great deal. Product damaged and not listed as such upon arrival. No one to help except someone who did not know anything about the product I was purchasing, but made sure to offer marketing services. No receipt given at time of purchase. Spent 3 to 4 days going back to location to have them address an issue with scrolling that everyone claimed only happens to me. Took product back home since all PC techs who worked with it could not recreate issue. Took video to show and help them address since issue occured immediately after arriving home, left product with them again to address issue. Reached back out after 3 days, kept being told someone would take some time to try to recreate since it was in perfect condition while at their location. Spoke to someone by the end of that day who was able to recreate issue and said I could come pick it up later that day. Went to location only to hear same rhetoric about how no one could recreate the issue and how it was my mistake for not asking who i spoke with. Asked for refund, said it is against company policy, suggested I go to other location to pick up something else, declined. Said I would be refunded with 3 to 5 business days and have been in constant contact trying to get money back, almost a month since close to 500.00 have not been returned. Terrible service, horrible communication, faulty products, and misleading adds. Have never had this bad of an experience with anyone, much less a business.

Read moreI spilled coffee directly onto my MacBook Air, especially the touch pad. I quickly mopped it up with paper towels but the click pad function stopped working. I really needed to save this MacBook, just do not have a lot of extra funds right now. Other computer repair companies recommended Techbros. Mathew, answered the phone and gave me calm, straight forward answers to the possible outcomes and estimated prices. I brought the laptop over, they had it about 1 1/2 hours and completed the repair. Fortunately, they were able to open the casing and clean the touch pad. I did not need a replacement touchpad. Also, they checked the battery and it was fine. The fee was a little over $100. The touch pad work's much better, even better then before. They cleaned the screen, so it looks like new. Very happy with the results. I recommend. Will use them again...
