What a terrible Supervisor who works at this location who refuses to get packages delivered. I requested a re-delivery of a package on 01/24/25. The regular route postal worker is not the issue here, its the worthless supervisor who has failed to call or get the package delivered as they stated they would. The regular route postal worker in the past has stated, if the package doesn't fit in the postal box, they are supposed to deliver the package to your front door or make an attempt That never happened on 01/24/25 and no attempt to deliver the package to front door, instead lets play some games and not deliver your package, that we took postage on to deliver.
I've had to contact USPS on Twitter, since its impossible to get a hold of this postal office through the phone. The Twitter stated they were in contact with the SUPERVISOR at this location and that I would get a call and my package would get delivered on 01/28/25. That never happened and it is 01/29/25 and zero delivery of the package nor a call, this SUPERVISOR should be fired FOR NOT delivering packages as that is what the USPS is supposed to do.
PS while the package is over sized, its a long skinny package that weighs less than 3lbs that will not fit in my sports car and this is the reason why I cant go pick it up myself. I shouldn't have too and it should have been delivered to the front door the first time...
Read moreIt's not worth the discount. If you are in the Airpark and you have no other choice, take the packages down to the Evans location, stand in line, and put your parcels in the hand of a postal service worker, get it scanned in front of you and make sure you have a receipt.
If you choose local pickup, it rarely, if ever gets scanned. If you are a business that sells over the internet, customers have no patience for USPS tracking that doesn't track. You don't get to give them a blank stare from the post office saying that the packages must not have been scanned and hopefully will update when they reach the next scan. I mean you can send that in your reply to the customer on why you provided a label for purchase and it doesn't track for 2 days.
What it actually means, your parcels are lost, we lost them and really don't care and have no accountablity. You trusted us with your packages? Are you an idiot? That's the look you get. Oh wait, did you get insurance? Yes, I did. But, it doesn't matter. They were lost before they were scanned so you can't do anything but bend over and take it up the tailpipe.
Use them...just make sure to always get them scanned. If not, someone, somewhere close, in a USPS uniform, is enjoying the thing you shipping to...
Read moreI was excited to announce to my family back in Utah that I am expecting the first grandchild in the family. I spent hours working on the announcement and proudly went to this Post Office to send it off. I used a brand new box from their office and packaged it up there. I wrote the address clearly on the box and had the teller verify the destination. The receipt she gave me had the correct destination city and zip code. I tracked the package up until it was delivered on the front porch. I was shocked that it wasn't delivered to Utah, but instead on a front porch in Indianapolis, Indiana. Calling this office does nothing. The phone will ring a few times and then the call is ended. They do not answer and do not give a way to contact them. The only day I can go in is on Saturdays, but by then I feel it will be too late to retrieve my package from the incorrect address. I filed a case online and a clerk from a Post Office in Utah called me back and decided my package was sent to Indiana because I had used an old box that had the Indiana address written on it. Like I stated before, the box was brand new from the USPS office. My package was insured for $50 but the Post Office is not willing to help me figure out what went wrong or how...
