This review is for their location on Lincoln - DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a shirt off the sale rack only to find there was a hole in it. Came back seeking store credit and was told that is not their store policy. They don't do store credit or refunds - period. This was only $21. I also spent $60 on one pair of shorts while I was there last time. I would have come back and shopped often in the future - which is the whole point of keeping good customers by doing the right thing. That is how you lose customers and tarnish your reputation. You sell $21 garbage and then tell someone to get lost when they would like you to make it right. This is bad customer service 101. Don't shop here, don't shop here, don't shop here! I love this Boutique, it's definitely one of the best in the Cave Creek/Carefree area. They have lots of cute clothes and jewelry and the merchandise changes fairly frequently; it's a great place to get gifts for my girlfriends and nieces. If I ever feel like getting something new but don't want to do major shopping or driving this is the place I head to. The prices are really good too, you can find things from like $30 to $70 and up.
