First time and last time visiting! Picked up food for dinner on the way home from work. Ordered a French Dip and Turkey and Pastrami meals. For two 6" sandwiche meals, it was just shy of $50. Only half of the soda options were working and when I got home they didn't include the Aju. Went back to the store and they handed me a 1/4 full cup of sauce and had to ask for more. The girl behind the counter said they only give out a couple of ounces. I asked for a manager and one wasn't on site. Went home to eat, the French Dip didn't have cheese and the Pastrami & Turkey didn't have lettuce. The French Dip had a sad 3 slices of meat and the P&T had one slice of cheese, sandwiches were basically bread and very little of anything else. For close to $50 this is unacceptable, guess they're so proud of their name that's all you get

This is what a $17 8 inch marble rye sandwich looks like. Don't offer bread at a size that isn't available and still charge the customer for the larger size. I paid extra money for half a sandwich. Total scam! Edit: I keep trying to call as directed, but nobody seems to want to answer the phone either. Not really selling yourselves here, guys. Edit #2: After multiple days of trying to call and get in touch with a manager, I am still unable to get in touch with anyone. Perhaps the phones are down? Regardless, not only does this mean that the food here is sub-par (especially given the price point), but so is the customer service. Buyer beware. Not at all worth the headache.

My wife and I were really curious about this place for a while. Finally came in and we absolutely loved it. Every sandwich place has their gimmick, and this place, if you couldn’t tell by the name, is all about their bread. Bread was cooked to perfection. Light and fluffy with a solid crisp. Amazing flavor. I ordered the Caprese sandwich, and my wife got the French Dip. The dip to her sandwich had incredible flavor. Everything was fantastic. Only problem is we don’t have a location closer to us. As long as they are around and we are nearby, we will absolutely be returning customers

Good sandwich shop. Fresh, quality meats, cheese and vegetables. Bread was good too. Particularly liked the Italian with fresh mozzarella. Tasty. Pastrami was good too. Not up to Chompie's but good enough to reorder. Ham & Turkey was very bland, I needed to add chopped cherry peppers to wake it up. They need a tastier brand of turkey and ham. Construction of sandwiches needs some work. Insides keep sliding out of roll. Very messy to eat. Vegetables and sauce etc. need to be inside with meats and cheese rolled around the veggies so the sandwich doesn't slide apart, bread doesn't get soggy. I suggest you order your sandwiches dry with sauce on the side to dip. Sourdough boule cut to make Panini would be a...
