Twisted Tines blew us away from start to finish! Over two full days in Nashville, we had the chance to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and every single meal was a highlight of our weekend at Masterminds.

If you want your special event to be memorable, delightful, fun, and, most importantly, DELICIOUS, you 100% need to book Chef Travis. I hosted a Scottsdale Bach where the bride was looking for a unique menu with Asian flavors. Multiple chefs in the area flat out refused to deviate from their standard to accommodate our requests, but Chef Travis was immediately up to the challenge. Every single interaction we had with him was nothing short of wonderful— from intro and planning phone calls going back 4 months to the day of the event, he genuinely makes you feel like you are an important, valued friend instead of simply another booking. Other than being one of the most pleasant planning experiences I have ever had, the food BACKS IT UP. Our group has very high standards and multiple people are “foodies” but this meal was truly out of this world. More than one person finished saying that it was the singular best meal they ever had. I am personally still dreaming about the tempura Brussels sprout which was good enough to eat about 49 of alone. Bottom line— please book Chef Travis/Twisted Tines and have the dinner of your dreams. I wish I lived in Scottsdale so that I could book him for any and all special events in my life, but I suppose I’ll just have to pay for him to travel to...

Chef Travis - there are no words. We hired Travis for a 6-week stay in Arizona and it was the best decision ever! He and I spent a good amount of time reviewing preferences prior to our arrival, and he literally hit it out of the park. He cooked for us a few nights a week and in the in-between nights, he did meal prep and brought that with him on the nights he was at the house. Even this simple stuff (like chicken parm) was just so fresh and outstanding. There are a few highlights to mention: (1) My husband had a guys weekend while we were there and Travis made them a complete steak and potato "bar". Yes, multiple cuts of steaks with fresh caesar salad and a baked potato bar. The guys were in a food coma (2) We had fresh cut fruit, freshly made salsa and freshly made guac in the fridge every single day for the entire time we were there. It was ahhhmazing. (3) He did a great job of having us try a few new things - all of which were fantastic. And he's a master at fresh fish.

I could go on but hopefully you get the picture. I'd give Travis 6 stars out of 5 and can't wait to hire him again.
