I'm revising my review here to correct inaccuracies. Initially drawn in by a sponsored Instagram post, I deeply regret ever engaging with this 'medspa.' Despite investing thousands of dollars, the results were abysmal, tantamount to money flushed down the drain. It's imperative for prospective clients to approach online reviews with a critical eye. Any establishment boasting an unrealistically high number of 5-star reviews should raise red flags. We were encouraged to leave reviews, but as a dissatisfied customer, I feel compelled to share my experience.

The equipment, emblazoned with the company's logo, proved ineffective. After enduring lengthy sessions—over 10 hours in total—for treatments like red light therapy and heat cavitation lipo, there was zero discernible improvement. Frustrated by the apparent scam, I requested my last two sessions be converted to laser hair removal, yet encountered the same disappointing outcome. Why invest in an establishment that resorts to branding generic machines with their logo instead of utilizing reputable, name-brand equipment? It's a question worth pondering.

My advice: conduct thorough research and spare yourself from squandering thousands of dollars on futile treatments. Seek out established med spas equipped with proven technologies and transparent practices.

EDIT - review remains at 1 stars. Technicians partook in inappropriate conversations as well and the treatments do not work. These reviews are PAID for with product. The facility asks you to leave a 5 star review in exchange for product. I stand by my statement. I had 8 treatments, paid $2k and there was NO result whatsoever. Business isn't listed on Yelp, where reviews are more stringent, keep that in mind. I do not recommend this business and devices are not listed as FDA cleared anywhere...

From the knowledgeable aestheticians like Kelsie to the experienced staff, everyone I encountered was dedicated to ensuring my comfort and satisfaction throughout my visit. Their expertise and personalized approach instilled in me a sense of confidence and trust, knowing that I was in capable hands every step of the way. I was in recently for an amazing microneedling session with Kelsie! She was extremely informative and a pleasure to talk to which was great for calming my pretreatment nerves. The procedure took about 15 minutes and despite its transformative effects, microneedling is surprisingly gentle on the skin and essentially painless, with having minimal downtime compared to more invasive procedures the spa offers. Immediately following my session, I experienced mild redness and sensitivity, comparable to a slight sunburn. The side effects quickly subsided within a day or two which has allowed me to seamlessly incorporate microneedling into my regular skincare routine knowing it will not majorly disrupting my daily activities. I am Looking forward to more future treatments and will certainly be recommending Arizona Medlaser to...

These people are phenomenal! When I say phenomenal I mean phenomenal! The moment you walked through those doors. You’re greeted with genuine care and amazing hospitality. This clinic is filled with passionate workers who really loves the industry! My favourite individual from the clinic would have to be Muriel. Oh My God! Muriel is freaking incredible, I mean she goes above and beyond and is very patient. Not to also mention that she KNOWS her STUFF! Every question I asked she had an answer for and never made me feel dumb for asking those questions. Also, when it came down to giving me the facial and chemical peel these guys gave me the best service I had ever received. I’m definitely coming back to do either Micro needling or the Vampire facial and highly recommend to anyone curious about the process to come and checkout...
