I went to the Scottsdale location yesterday. The injector wasn’t the owner. I asked her about 3 times if she was a nurse and a certified Botox/ filler injector. She told me she was . During the procedure I didn’t feel much pain . I got home and went on with my day. About 3 hours later right before me and my boyfriend were supposed to go out I looked in the mirror and my face was more swollen than I’ve ever experienced in my life . Under my right eye I had a bag filled of fluid . I started to panic and reached out . It was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone . I received zero help or empathy towards what I was experiencing. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED this way by any professional nurse injector and had any of these horrible side affects. My boyfriend called from his phone and finally got someone on the phone . They wouldn’t provide any names . I’m trying to get to the bottom of it because it is illegal to run a business like this especially dealing with medical supplies and causing these issues to people . The FDA will be looking into it and potentially law enforcement to debunk this shady business . The injectors name was Breiddy Guerrero and I believe the owner may be Mara Carson . I got a Botox Groupon for here and unfortunately didn’t see all the horrible reviews on their other location until it was too late. I have worked at a dermatology office assisting with injections and have had Botox myself many times - I have never had a reaction or even seen another patient have the reaction I am having. Macy at Beverlys did Botox in my forehead and I have HUGE goose eggs where it was injected. It was extremely painful during injection which is abnormal for me. Today (day after injection) my forehead is super painful to the touch and the lumps have only gotten bigger. They are very clearly doing something incorrectly at this place, whether it is how they’re mixing the Botox itself, injecting it, or something else - there is something VERY WRONG! Please please rethink going here if you are considering it. They really do need to be shut down. I purchased a Groupon of 40 units and went for my services. I drove 40 minutes one way. My appointment was at 1pm and I waited a for 40 minutes for my appointment. They told me they could only treat two areas per their policy. I told them that it never stated that on the Groupon and I have never heard of injecting 20 units in one area and another 20 units in another area. I definitely was not going to allow them to do a botch job on me. I requested full refund. Total of 2 hours waste of my time. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
