Redner's Warehouse Markets — Local services in Scranton

I went there yesterday after work to get ingredients for dinner. After I was done shopping, I went to the line where you get the lottery tickets. I only wanted to get a lottery ticket and continue to another cashier so I can pay for my groceries. The cashier at the lottery stand was talking to another employee and wouldn't even acknowledge me. So I just stood there waiting for them to finish their conversation. When the other employee left the cashier just walked away from me and left from behind the counter. She didn't even ask me if I needed anything. Just rudely walked away. I live close to Redners and I shopped there at least 3 times a week. I will not be going to Redners anytime soon and I will be telling people not to go there. Some of these employees are very rude and need some training on customer service. i ordered a 16th birthday cake for my son i had a idea in mind and told the lady. i learned that they dont free style but that they have pictures and she showed me a guitar and several other things in it. it was waht i was looking for but i needed to add names of my sons favorite bands the lady not only put it on the cake and had to add his name in the front she knocked it out of the park i loved it and told the front end girl the coustomers that saw it loved it the bands were based on bands like ccr stones queeen buffalo springfield ect my son loved it he didnt know what i was doing. all the party goers loved it and the cake it was moist and very good i just want to let your management know shes great and i will be buying my cakes their again so will several guests several didnt even know their was a redners in pittston since the edwardsville was...

I was just at this branch today. I've never had a lot of complaints, but, today I was using the restroom and one of the employees chose to not wash after using the restroom--absolutely downright disgusting and downright childish. Anyone who doesn't care to wash their hands and fingers well is a very stupid person!!

BTW, I'm part of the progressive-movement, so, I know that some employees (not all!) don't get treated well ESPECIALLY depending on where they work at. I'm also aware that some customers are horrible idiots who treat employees like dirt and should be kicked out of places!
