Our table of 4 walked in around 1:30, got seated immediately, and had glasses of water in front of us very soon after. No questions about what we wanted to drink, which was a bit odd.

Turns out, ordering is phone only via a QR code, although physical menus are put in front of you.

We had zero interaction from anyone after we were seated, and we had sat down waiting for someone to take our orders until we noticed the QR code and figured out we'd have to use our phones to order.

Food came out quickly. Each item came out as it was ready instead of all at once, which I didn't mind at all.

My shoyu ramen bowl tasted fine, but it was very, very light on ingredients, including greens, which is where I have to dock a star.

For $15, I did not expect to have two leaves of baby bok choy, two pieces of char su, half a seaweed sheet, some scallions, noodles and the broth come up to the middle of my bowl. I wasn't expecting a massive amount of food, but I expected to walk away full, and that didn't come close to happening.

Overall, flavors were good, but nothing really blew me away.

If the price dropped a bit or they added significantly more veggies and noodles to the bowl, I'd certainly rate it higher.

As it stands, especially given the area it's in, it's worth a shot to try, but there's much better value for your dollar on...

Honestly...the ramen was good. I ordered a bowl of Tonkotsu and a bowl of Shoyu, but couldn't help but notice they were smaller portions and not as tasty compared to the nearest competitor in Dickson City, at the same price. The overall restaurant is smaller than their competitor and the location is downtown Scranton as opposed to Commerce Blvd in Dickson City where the rent is significantly higher.

I'm not one to complain about restaurant pricing that often, but honestly I won't be going back unless Fuji reduce their prices. $15 for a bowl of ramen may be standard around here, but for a smaller portion at the same price from a restaurant with significantly less real estate expense compared to their competitor, I just don't think it's justified. Competition is supposed to encourage either higher quality at the same price, or the same quality at a lower price from respective competitors.

That being said, the food was still quite enjoyable, the people there were super friendly, but the price point just isn't it. Though I am happy to see Scranton getting more diversified food...

Popped in for early dinner. It was fairly busy ; we were seated immediately ..menu is ample yet not overwhelming. Server was pleasant. My service animal was not ruffled. The shrimp dumplings were so yummy I ordered a second order! Nom nom nom... And the veggie ramen broth was creamy and delightful. My boyfriend ordered a ramen with a bunch of stuff in it and enjoyed it .took half home and said it reheated great. Will definitely go back. I would choose a different seat though. It smelled kind of dishwatery or bleach? I have a sensitive nose personally. It is not enough to keep me away fromy new favorite dumplings! Oh and the milk tea was divine I asked for and added honey and was content...

We heard this place opened and really wanted to check it out. First, we were so excited to see that they have bubble Thai tea! Yum! The appetizers were good. We got the Shumai and the Chicken Karaage. Both were good, but we really liked the Shumai. For dinner we had Ramen that was very good. We particularly liked the eggs, which were very well seasoned and delicious! We think this restaurant has a lot of promise and we look forward to seeing how they continue to develop their menu!
