We had such a fun time at PREP! I had no idea this little gem was right around the corner. We took a Cinco De Mayo cooking class and had an absolute blast! The food was delicious and plentiful. They even have wine and beer! We went home with full bellies and recipes and memories to last! We made new friends too. We’ve been going to Prep for years. My daughters and I took classes when they were young and now their teen daughters and sons take classes. My other younger grand kids love the kid classes too. They’re taught real skills to make real food. Nothing is dumbed down but is safe and doable. We have so many beautiful things from the well curated shop as well. A wine pairing class where 17 people had to share one bottle of each wine? A maximum of 12 per class but 17 in attendance and they refuse to give me a refund for a late cancellation because they could have filled the class? They clearly over-filled the class. Barely enough food for everyone and that is after I paid full price for an extra person who was not in attendance. The chef's are great, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
