Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Seal Beach

So I will start by saying the staff were fantastic-super friendly and nice. My two star rating comes because of the following:

Food was severely lacking. They only had brown rice, container was half full and it was dried out. I got a salad and the greens were wilted pretty bad to the point where I pulled out about 5 soggy/wet pieces of salad. The fajitas were just sad looking, it was like they had been microwaved with no char or color. Now the chicken, salsas and sour cream were fantastic.

In the drink section all 4 agua frescas were empty. So if you love their lemonade it was just plain empty.

The tables were mostly all dirty, as was the floor, and the trashes were over flowing. I’m not a fan of wiping my table down before I eat and normally I understand when they are super busy I will just go to another table…but all tables were dirty.

I’m die hard loyal to chipotle, and I will continue to eat there-but if I wasn’t loyal, or if I was a first timer…I wouldn’t come back. And with the abundance of Mexican food chipotle really needs to get their consistency here down better.

Also, it was about 90 min prior to closing, so the drinks and food being what they are was extra disappointing (if I walk in 5 min before closing I will take whatever is left out, but that wasn’t...

Gosh this place has turned into a ghetto establishment. I know people need jobs but when almost everyone there is under the age of 20 and they are scrambling around trying to "cook" the food and serve people it's irritating. I went to this place during early 2014 and it wasn't bad and the customer service was better. Now you have these "kids" who have terrible customer service and don't seem to know what they are doing!! I took the food home and it was so bland and horrible and cold ( I only live 5 minutes away). I was just disgusted with the whole thing. Chipotle try hiring a manager that is 30 or over so you can get some order in that chaotic and ridiculously ghetto "restaurant". If you are going to hire a bunch of immature "kids" to do the work expect the same results in the food. I ordered online - to be picked up. When I get there at the designated time the workers are standing around and my ticket order is hanging on the wall. The workers are so slow to start. A line comes in, that they start to make the line orders and tell me “we will get to yours after”. I say no problem and sit down. The worker then tells me we have to make the sauce that your ordered. And I said it’s ok you can just refund me - he tells me that online orders can’t be refunded in store. I say ok I’ll wait. I ask for a vinaigrette sauce that just got brought out with lids on the cup, the employee takes a cup to the back, and then comes back out 10 seconds later resealing the lid. I put it off to side and ask a different employee for a vinaigrette and she gives it to me right away without taking it to back. The orders were not made correctly, they were mixed between my bowl and my brothers. This employee...
